Prairie agricultural Supply and the people that work there Nate, Kevin are the greatest people I've dealt with in the commercial lawn care equipment business, I drove from Tampa Florida to Prairie Ag Supply to buy a used Scag cheetah, great mower loaded up in the truck and drove it back to Tampa 19 hours both ways ! Beautiful country up there!Thanks a ton Kevin oh, you went the extra mile and taking care of a few wishes before we load it back into the 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4 wheel drive and drove back to Tampa

Amazing, old fashioned, kind and friendly service.We were about 10 miles away when I discovered transmission cooler was leaking at a fitting. We are on a trip heading to Florida and my wrenches were not large enough. I called to ask if they sold wrenches. They said no. I told my story and they said someone there could fix it. I pulled up, and they immediately sent me over to the building that works on equipment. I pulled into the shop,(nice to be in out of the cold) and Dave began working on the van. We pulled off the grill, and he properly loosened the hose, tightened the fitting, and checked for leaks and the fluid level. He didn’t take any shortcuts( though this wasn’t a long repair, He did it right). Both the office and shop seemed to be very clean. This is not an auto shop, but when they knew of a problem and it was within their realm of abilities, dropped what was happening and helped our family out. We have 8 children and the children were sad to already be facing a setback. I find that problems are the best way to find out what people are made of. This business treated me the way they would want to be treated. This is small town old fashioned kindness. When complete, I asked where to pay and Dave said not to. He refused several times. I then asked to tip him and he declined that multiple times also. If I lived in the area I would definitely bring my equipment here. If you need outdoor power equipment (mowers, chainsaws, etc or ag equipment and service I would most definitely come here. Today could have been a difficult day, because of these guys it was a very good day and we are still on the road getting closer to our destination. Keep up the good work guys. You have been a blessing to our family!

I told them the parts I wanted they said they have them then I explained why I wanted them and the man took the time out of his day to tell me I probably won’t fix the issue by using these parts. He didn’t sell me anything he was just straight and honest with me. This is how businesses keep customers. theyre 2 hours away from me and they treat me better than the local scag dealer ever has.

We arrived at 9am. They are supposed to be open at 8am on Saturday. We waited for 20 minutes. Left at 9:20am. Nothing posted on the sign or online. Nobody answered the phone when we called. Doesn’t seem like they want my business.

I have been very happy with Prairie Ag Supply. I purchased a Scag Patriot mower from them and have had it serviced there. They have had quick turn-around and given me loaners (we're a commercial lawn care business). Tom has been very helpful with advice on equipment. Worth the drive.

Bought a grain cart from this dealer and had it arrive at the farm assembled wrong. Called the salesman that sold us the cart and he referred me to his boss. Tried to explain that the wagon was delivered and not assembled correctly. The manager got defensive and said it wasn't his problem, that it was Brent's problem and they wouldn't pay him to fix it correctly so why should he do anything for us and it was our problem. All we wanted was a field ready cart and it did not happen. He hung up on us and called back a few minutes later and we asked if he wanted to try again. He then said to stop being a a**hole. Very poor customer service and will never do business with them again.
