Paid for an automatic wash but the doors never opened. Left after a few minutes. No number to call so I had to do a charge back on my card.

Previously was not a bad car wash. We used their automated bay and even with the highest priced option it seemed very light on soap and left the car still rather dirty. I do not plan on returning.

It's usually open when it's cold out because they have operable doors. The soap cycle is pretty light on the soap and when you select wax it's usually not very effective and almost just plain water. When I washed my car today, there was actually zero wax. I sent them a text to let them know, but got no reply. If you just want to clean off the salt and dirt, this place is perfectly fine, but if you want to wash and clean your car go somewhere else. 3 stars for effort, but much better options other places.

I feel bad for the guy that bought this car wash. Polk city is were business go to die. The city council can't balance their own checkbook but they can help run the local businesses into the ground.

Very good car wash, and good cleaning. Very long wait though, and the paying machine is almost broken. I have decided to go to kwik star instead, because of the better service, effectiveness, and better quality cleaning. But thanks! Edit 6/4/22: This car wash washes your car extremely well, in a VERY SHORT amount of time. Kwik star has a very long wait line, and this has virtually none. Kwik star is good too, but thanks!

I have used this car wash without issues for years. I recently had to contact the owner when the car wash lost power mid-cycle. The owner responded immediately and processed a timely return to refund me. A good, small-town sort of place to do business!

I use the self-washing bays. The facility is very clean, always functional, and takes credit cards or change. They have an interior cleaning area (4 seperate vacuum stations, and carpet/mat wash). Owner is great, friendly, and always making sure everything is perfect there. They also have no issue with hand washing while nobody is waiting so you can get a really good clean even on unique finishes that require your own wash. This is the kind of business and ownership that makes you not even consider going anywhere else for your needs.

I visited the automatic car wash and got home to see that half of my car was not touched. I sent a Facebook message to the business page and the owner called me within the hour. He was super apologetic and asked me for my address to make it right and send me some free car washes! Super nice guy and great customer service!

These people are totally awesome about the way they do business...initially we were very displeased....after stopping here to wash the Iowa dirt off...and pumping quarters in none of the chemicals would work...disapointing!! So I called the number on the wall...the man was so apologetic and said he had had troubles with that bay and he would refund my money..I told him not to worry about it but he insisted....today here at home in Florida we recieve a letter with refund inside....wow I'm so impressed!! Great way to do business...he did add a note that that selector was not working..thanks so much for the great way you handle your service Time to Shine car wash!!!

All paws pet wash station is great minus it wont let you just put in $5 you have to insert $10, if you use a card dont even push the green button or it doubles the charge and wont let you cancel or refund your remaining time. Charged $20=26 mins even though I didnt need more than $10 worth of time

Nice water pressure and well lit. Good place to kill some time before my tee time on a sunny Saturday fall morning. The garbage can could be a little larger maybe. The size in my stall is a good size for a bathroom in a house that has 6 q-tips, a kleenex or two and some thread that was cut off a shirt sleeve after a weeks time.

$37 charge for a car wash that was half completed. I had move over to use manual stall and wash off soap. A $12 original charge + $3 for the use of the manual stall somehow equate to $37.Awful experience!

This is a really good car wash owned by a great local guy they also have a dog wash in the back and if you're using a credit card to pay it's easy to add time without Reswiping your card can't say enough good about this place

Paid $10 for the premium wash... The fans did not operate at the end. Left with water spots all over. Car was also still dirty after the "wash." Save your time and money.
