This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. They had a great variety of flavors. Ice cream was very good. A few of us enjoyed the soft serve as well. Big lineup but went fast. It is very reasonably priced and worth the visit. Family of 6 for $21, hard to beat.Kid-friendliness: Selection of ice cream that any kid would enjoy

Yum!!! The family each ordered a single of hand scooped ice cream and was not disappointed with the serving portion or flavor! Peppermint, cake batter, chocolate peanut butter and monster cookie mash were all amazing!! Clean eat in area with fast and friendly service and a cute outdoor seating area. We'll be back!!

I was having a hectic moment getting my children ice cream at this cute place. I paid the cashier cash only to never receive my change.They never spoke up and said, "hey ma'am, here's your change"I sat at the tables and at any point in time they could have reminded me about my change.The teenagers behind the counter were okay with me getting lost in the mayhem of bringing my kids to this place that they saw fit to keep the rest of my money.I liked the business but I value places that don't steal from me.

This restaurant offers incredibly affordable treats that exceed expectations in portion sizes. Even their small sizes appear generous! The ice cream is exceptionally creamy and absolutely delightful. Additionally, they have a lovely outdoor patio where you can enjoy your treats.

I wish they had a few lactose free ice cream options and not just dole whip. My son loved the ice cream and so did my pup! (Pup cups were available for $1.00 and had some sugar cone on them .. my dog didn't really like that part though!)

Love, Love, Love! I dance at a studio in town and almost every night we go over for ice cream because we can all afford it, the dance team loves it! I would give this 10/10 I totally recommend and the staff are so nice!

I wanted to like this place, but the pistachio ice cream I got was horrible. There were no actual pistachios in it, just what tasted like really artificial flavoring. I've never had ice cream quite like that before and would really rather never have it again. I'm worried about trying this place again in case the rest of it is like that. Cute building but the register should really be moved.

It was yummy. But the lady in front of us dropped her scoop from her cone, they didn't offer to replace it or show any kind of compassion towards their customer. Several teenagers were running the counter. They were all talking to each other and didn't seem too interested in their customers.

Went on a Sunday night. The place was very busy but worth the wait. Price was reasonable and the ice cream was great. I had the monster cookie flavor. Would definitely recommend.

Ice cream was great. Staff was friendly and answered questions, but not super helpful as we were 1st timers. Adorable remodeled gas station. I do agree the name leads you to believe they make their own ice cream. Biggest complaint is the design flow. When you enter the register is directly in front of the door, it makes it impossible for more than 2-3 persons in line to stand indoors and makes it impossible to see the options prior to getting to the counter. If they were to move the register to the end, it would help immensely!

I like that they allow only so many groups inside at a time during the pandemic. Excellent staff, courteous, quick to serve. No seating inside, but tables outside and in park across street. You need to check this place out forQUALITY soft serve and varieties of regular ice creans.Now that the pandemic is over with, the Creamery is still our go-to place for soft serve and hand packed ice cream. Many, many flavors of ice cream on hand, you just can't go wrong. Plenty of sitting outside, or... across the street in the park. Just a neat place to visit have a treat.

I would give a higher rating but my friend ordered a cotton candy flavored cone and said it had no taste to it. I ordered a Peanut Butter Malt and there was so much peanut butter in it I couldn't taste the ice cream or malt flavor. And lastly, they really need more then two people working on a Sunday when its nice a day. We waited over 30 minutes to get are order in and another 15 minutes to get are ice cream!!!!!

Our family went to the Creamery Easter weekend. Three young high school men waited on us. They were very professional and efficient. The ice cream was delicious!

They dont actually make any of their ice cream and use industrial branded ice cream which is fine, but considering that, it is a bit pricey. If you have a craving for ice cream in polk city then id say go for it haha. Their building is kinda oddly designed. The line cant fit very many people in it because of how the design is and it flows outside after only 3-4 people.
