Came in with some electronic issues and they looked at it right away to see if they could fix it while I waited instead dropping it off and having to come back. They got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service and great people to deal with! Hicklins Waters Edge is definitely trustworthy.

I went to Waters Edge to buy a new Mercury outboard motor and met with Nick Greenslade the sales person after talking with Nick and was giving all the information about the motor and and their service department I bought the motor. They deserve better than a 5 star.Really happy with this group at Hicklin’s Waters Edge Marine! I called them several times asking questions and needing to change my winter/seasonal servicing appointment. They always took time to answer my questions. Nick went above and beyond when I dropped the boat off during an extremely busy time, and also made sure it was secured. Once done I did a quick inspection before driving back home, I impressed. I stopped in to ask a question about installing a part in my boat. Nick stopped what he was doing and went out and looked at my boat and he answered my questions. Nick said that they might be able to squeeze my boat in and install the part that day or first thing the next day and quoted a very reasonable fee. I left my boat there and they had it done the same day I dropped it off. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!! Hands down they will be my first choice of business going forward. We bought a used Crownline from Corey. Sale price matched NADA. We had problems with the boat. They were GREAT to work with when we had problems. They agreed to pay the repairs wherever I wanted to take it or we could have them fix it. We decided we would rather have a different boat. They gave us a full refund and cut us a good deal on a new boat. They really made it painless. It says a lot about who they are because they had no obligation to return it.

We were looking to get our power trim seal repaired, was told 2 weeks. It has been a month, still don't have the parts, and was told they don't know where the parts are. Got the run around again with the infamous "we'll have the parts next week." Needless to say we ordered the $40.00 part, and we will have it by the end of the week. We found a different mechanic that will have it done probably before Water's Edge can even order the part.

Purchased the boat from this dealership. I was supposed to get a gift card with purchase never happened. The canopy is missing ball bearings for attachment they were supposed to order and let me know never happened still have no canopy. Ordered rod holders never heard back. Checked a few time and got the run around. Not a great experience

I called to get a quote to replace a gimbal bearing. I was quoted with the price of $225.00. I took the boat in and four days later I was called and told that it was going to cost $475. Over double the price I was quoted over the phone. I called a few other Marine's and was quoted between $250.00 and $350.00.

Looked at possibly purchasing a used boat from them. Staff was not very knowledgeable about the boat. Would have to make a drive to look at the boat. Asked if they were firm with the pricing, got the runaround. The sales person was not very nice and kinda rude on the phone.
