Female manager was very helpful. She was over worked with sticking, yet took the time to help me find two items. She also helped a young girl with the door. She offered assistance to the other employee, even though he was busy doing basically nothing of value. I applaud anyone who can work under high demands, long hours, and keep smiling!

Suzy keeps me coming back! I pay a little more for some grocery items here, but I ALWAYS have great customer service. Every store needs a Suzy. She is one of a kind!

Dollar General and Knoxville Iowa ladies who work there are very courteous they keep the shelves stocked the restroom clean and are very helpful with any questions you might have I recommend the Dollar General in Knoxville Iowa

Store has our basic needs. They don't carry everything that you would expect in a Walmart but has the most important items.

Very messy inside. Aisles were packed full of carts of merchandise. One register took credit cards, other one only took cash. Cashier stood right outside door smoking.
