I went in one day to get gifts for my friends, I had food money but not cash. It would’ve been super easy for me to transfer money and pay with my card, but t he second the manager got called over to help, before she even listened to anything me or her cashier had to say, she immediately locked the store doors, looked around, grabbed her name tag off her apron, and started full on yelling at me about paying her, and how she will now have to fire her poor cashier. I took it all very gracefully until she brought up firing that poor woman. Then I lost it completely, and refused to deal with her. I took my food that was paid for and berated her for her behavior and how she was treating her employees. I called corporate, and even emailed them. But nothing was done and they never reached out to me again. That was in September 2022, and I still refuse to go back. I’m getting upset just reviewing this all over again. And I know if my review doesn’t post, I will keep posting till it sticks. Boycott dollar tree.ETA: it’s been a full year and she’s still working there. I still refuse to shop any other dollar tree knowing (from inside sources) that she’s still there and no repercussions were made for her abhorrent behavior.

I was in the store today.My son grabbed a ball and bounced it on the ground.The lady that works there got on the speaker and said. No bouncing balls in the store.We were seeing if the ball bounced as it was lopsided.The lady and her lady friend that worked there giggled about what they did and took themselves in the office.Had that lady come over and asked us not to bounce the ball. We would have put the ball back on the shelf as it didn't bounce well. What I did end up doing was left my cart in the middle of the store and walked out.Rude.employees with merch ALL over the store.I know they only make $11 an hour. But Customer service should be better.Will just buy my cheap decor at Dollar General as I won't ever shop at the Perry Dollar Tree ever.

Zero Stars. Been there 3 days in a row after work and closed every time I went there. It was a nice store while it lasted but I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's gone downhill fast!

I decided to wait at least 6 months before writing a review for the Perry Dollar Tree. I wasn't blown away in the beginning. Store wasn't well stocked, parts of the store were empty. Usually these stores tend to get worse not better. This store has bucked that trend. It seems well stocked, clean and well managed. Employees and managers are nice, well trained and seem to care about their store. Many things have improved, including extended hours, which I appreciate. They do a good job and should be rewarded for that.

I was beyond excited when I found out there was going to be a Dollar Tree in Perry. Our other Dollar Store is very cluttered and most people in town can’t stand it. Unfortunately, I am not impressed by this location. It has been close to a month since it’s been opened and more than 3 of the isles are still in boxes and have not been unpacked. I’ve come back multiple times waiting for a specific section to be unloaded and it has not. I don’t understand why they didn’t take a few days before opening to fully unpack the store. I can’t see it taking more than half a day with two people helping to finish the job. While the parking lot is full now, I wonder if it will stay like that. This Dollar Tree didn’t make a good 1st impression. They had an amazing opportunity to blow the other Dollar store out of the park but failed. I’ve never been in a Dollar Tree with so many isles unpacked. They’re losing money not selling their inventory that is in boxes. I really hope to see them clean up the store and unpack things quickly. I really would like to see this store succeed.

The store has been open for 3 weeks and the shelves are not completely stocked. It's a mess. Was so excited to have this store open and was majorly disappointed. The cashier was on her phone when I was ready to check out. Are the customers supposed to open the boxes if the item they want is not stocked?updated 5-17-21Even tho there were many empty shelves there were no boxes stacked on those shelves. They have stepped up their game to clear the aisles and get the stock on the shelf.

This is my favorite dollar store! Every other location I’ve been in has boxes everywhere and empty shelves, not Perry! The shelves are stocked, friendly staff, and I’ve found things here I’ve never seen in a dollar tree before!

Was in there today, 5-9-21. For a minute I thought I accidently went to the dollar store. There were empty shelves, boxes in every isle and not a person putting anything on shelves. I think they need to reevaluate their employees.
