Excellent location and very clean, well stocked store. I was circling around the sale area and was debating on a very larger terrarium when an employee, Sara helped me. She checked the pricing, loaded the item, and even helped me take it to the register and then my vehicle. Very friendly and helpful. Cody Christ manager on staff was a huge help. He went way above and beyond and customer service expectation that I could have had.I've always really appreciated the customer service. Right when you walk in someone on staff is there to ask if they can help you find what you need!Crazy helpful people that will help you problem solve your needs and turn it into an easy fix. A bunch of experience and expertise to lean on to help you make your project go smoothly!

There's lots of stuff to buy here, we got bird feeders here. The bathrooms are really clean. There was also a robin living in the flowers when we went. This place feels more clean and more modern than other hardware stores. This store is big enough to where you will almost always find what you need and not too big where it takes forever to find what you're looking for. Easy 5 stars ⭐, best garden store in Peosta and maybe Dubuque too. (Also on Google maps 3 Ace buildings show up so I'm writing the same review on all of them so people will see it no matter which one they decide to click on.)

What a great place to shop, everyone is so helpful and kind. Cannot say enough about the Ace Hardware locations in Dubuque and now Peosta, what a great customer experience every time I visit.
