We are a family who moved to Iowa about a year ago. We decided to rescue our sweet Lucy last week. We wanted to get her a bath and a haircut.I contacted this business and they were super fast to respond!We had to move the appt and they were very easy to deal with.We have a golden doodle and they aren’t the easiest to cut. They not only went above and beyond the cut but went above in taking care of Lucy when she was there with a special bath to help our sweet girl!I would highly recommend them!

I was not entirely happy with my dog's groom, his chest looked pretty bad, like a "W" was shaved into it. I contacted them to let them know I wasn't happy and the response to a rather simple fix was very unprofessional - I was turned away and then blocked from their Facebook page for no apparent reason. I was very respectful and sent pictures to explain and show why I wasn't happy. In response, I received the worst customer service in return. A waste of $85.00 and I feel completely disrespected by her response.

I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They do an awesome job and really try to accommodate everyone for certain needs for there pets. They are reasonable in pricing. Thank you for taking such good care for our dogs

I can't believe they pick up and drop off your pet. So easy! Especially when I am working from home. Doesn't interrupt my work and the dog still gets groomed. Oh, and they do a fantastic job too!
