Slowest DQ on the planet. Even when your order is ready it still takes forever for them to hand it to the customer. Lately unable to ever get a drink order correct through the drive-thru. Unfortunately having to add to my review from the other day. Peosta Dairy Queen does it again. So I decided to try them again after seeing management response. So lunch time I decided to drive through I said in line to find out that they're not serving food today only ice cream. No explanation. No we're sorry. Just no food today just ice cream.

Most rude manager today. Drive up menu prices are wrong and not only did she not believe me and did not honor price, she acted like she was doing me a favor overcharging me. She held up drive up while she went out to look at it and still didn’t acknowledge DQ error, give me my money back or apologize even though I heard her complain that sign would have to be fixed. So rude

Accidentally knocked over a sign while leaving the lobby to go around and order my food in the drive through and the cook blew up on me and told me I needed to pay for knocking over a sign that I did not damage and then proceeded to mock me by bouncing around and mouthing the words “I cook your food I cook your food!” I now feel as though I am owed for the cost of the meal that I was too scared to eat and this cook should never be allowed to set foot in DQ ever again! The photo is of the untouched meal 6 hours after I ordered it that I fear could cause me to get sick because I don’t know what the cook might have done to it!

This place sucks. If you want cold burgers go here. They weren’t even busy, I ordered 2 things. How do you not know your food is cold? The cheese didn’t even melt at all. I’ve never had a burger so cold.

We walked in at 6:35PM. Immediately, we hear some lady, who I assume was the closing manager, yell “WHO DIDN’T LOCK THE DOORS” straight to our faces. She followed up with a sassy tone of “We’ll still serve you though.” They never served us, we walked out and spent our money at another local restaurant/bar-Trackside. I highly encourage you to check them out when looking for food in this town instead of going to DQ.

Absolutely the worst girl at the drive through I have ever encountered. I sit at the drive-thru window forever then drove forward only one car in line when I got to the girl she was absolutely rude. After reading the other comments about this D2 I see there's always a response sorry about your bad experience but they never fix the problem I wouldn't recommend this DQ.

The 2 workers were cleaning up and IGNORED ME standing at the Window.Why have store HOURS POSTED TILL 9PM if you are going to close early?The 2 employees were not wearing masks and you have the dining area closed DUE TO COVID BUT YOU DONT REQUIRE YOUR STAFF TO WEAR A MASK AND WORK WITHIN 6 FEET OF EACHOTHER.I really appreciate the Management if there is one to Contact me. But we know that won't happen

Waited for over 25 minutes in the drive-thru for two five buck lunches. This was at lunch time, when they should have known far in advance they would be busy. The workers said literally nothing to us and didn't look at us when giving us our food. Silverware and napkins were not included. My order was also incorrect and they shut the window before we could say anything about it. We also discovered upon opening the bag that our fries had been dumped in the bag upside down. Extremely disappointed and will be contacting higher management.

Worst ever! So many times they have messed up or I have waiting way to long, tonight was it! I go in to get ice cream and theyalready messed up 2 customers orders. I order 2 blizzards and when i get them they are melted and not filled to the top. I said something and the worker just sets them on the counter and walks away. He doesn't tip them over or apologize. This is the 3rd time I've had this happen. Horrible work ethic and customer service.

We seriously have been waiting in line 40 minutes. We finally got next at the window and notice the food going into the car ahead of us was returned. Wrong order? So now we are waiting while they REMAKE the entire car order while out food gets cold sitting in the bag. Could you please have your staff pull people off to the side when a mixup happens so the line can keep moving?

I am going to start by saying "I normally love Dairy Queen when we are out it is my choice for a fresh meal." Tonight was so different from normal that I feel the need to say something. I expected to wait for food being mother's day and with covid rules being enforced so 40 minutes was ok, but the cold chicken strips, cold fries , and melted icecream and over carbonated pop just really wasn't worth our stop. I hope this is just a one time thing and I will be eating there again but I hope this doesn't happen again.

I should have left the drive thru after it took them 3 tries to get my order right. I waited for 15 minutes to get my food and was in a hurry so didn't get to check it. When I got to my destination, I got the wrong sides. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that my food was hot, which normally doesn't happen at this restaurant. I'm not sure why I keep coming back because the service is never fast.

As so many others have pointed out, this location is NOT OPEN TO TRUCKERS! I saw the sign on Hwy 20 for DQ so I pulled off specifically for a Flamethrower burger. Silly me, I logged out for my 30-minute DOT break and now I'm stuck here for a half hour eating garbage from the gas station because I was told that my only option was to walk up to the drive-thru window - absolutely NOT safe, or even remotely acceptable.I'm sure the DQ customer relations bot will post some canned reply to this like it has for every other review. Real top-notch customer care team you got, DQ.

Called let them know I was a driver and they told me to come to the window. Lots of cars going thru drive thru but they stopped them took my order asked if they could give my dog a puppy treat while I waited. Told me benches are in front and will bring to me. Excellent service for what's going on. Thanks again.

You have a restraunt at a truck stop... Be trucker friendly and have the lobby open for orders. Everything you sell gets to you by truck then you tell the driver off by being closed to them. I see several other reviews the same as mine and you guys respond sorry I hope you'll try us again what? when covid is over? Let me tell you truck drivers remember the good places and the bad places The places that were there for truckers during this and the ones that were not.

i went in for a quick lunch, I was warmly greeted by Darien. She was working hard when I arrived. Kathy took my order and was super friendly as well. The food was cooked well, I will be returning! I must add the store was really clean!

Found out that they grab ice with there bare hands for drive cups and the manager has been caught by there employees eating cheesecake right out of the box that’s meant for customers and also sticking there bare hands in the ice cream toppings

Dirty showers! Brown pee ring in the toilet. The shower had black mildew. Sink mirror looked like slushy snow windshield glass. I was reassured by the female manager that the showers get cleaned. I call BS! I guess it depends on ones definition of clean. The manager offered to refund my money. I didn't take it. I hope they use that money to good use and make sure the damn showers are Cleaned!

Their afraid of COVID-19 so dining room is closed. However they left a sign welcoming you to walk through drive-thru and encouraging you to be careful not to get run over. Talk about being horrible for a place that's hooked to a truck stop.
