First time here and I'm absolutely impressed. The store was very clean and well organized. The check out was fast and the staff were friendly. This beat any other walmart from the metros. I highly recommend this location for easy parking, feiendly service, and clean environment.

When I entered the store, the service desk was closed. I approached a register as directed by the sign posted at the closed service desk. After standing in a healthy line for a register for 15 minutes, I was accosted by the cashier claiming the service desk was now open, which I had no knowledge of. She made this statement repeatedly as if I should have known, which was highly unnecessary. Last time I checked, performing a return was well within a cashier’s ability without the need to shame your customer. Terrible service.

Great for shopping for travel goods. Truck Parking allowed!Please be Kind and shopping and Parking out of way push carts to corral and Don't THROW Trash or other Items in Parking lot Use Trash Cans! Don't make this another no Truck Walmart like Trashy others have made many other Parking overnight places We can stay! With out getting Booted or towed! Leave as clean or Cleaner than when you arrived!Thank You👍

WALMART - PELLA, IOWAEmployees are not very friendly, there are a handful of nice people but many others make you feel uncomfortable shopping there. They don't greet you and they look at you like you're a criminal, this store definitely needs an overhaul. There are some troublemaker employees that make up stories about customers and spread the rumors around to other employees in order to make the customer feel uncomfortable (very uncomfortable). I'm very surprised that someone hasn't already filed a defamation of character lawsuit. I don't recommend Pella, Iowa Walmart, at least not at the moment.

They wouldn't let me have my service pet in the store because one person that didn't think I should cuz they heard her bark once and that's only because people were getting in her face

Nice clean store.....had a very nice man(John)outside getting carts. I observed him singing with the music AND when he saw a handicap person coming towards the store he took a cart out to them also went n got the cart when they were done with it. Now that's customer service....

The clearance section is at an excellent level. It consistently has the best deals I have found at any WalMart.Advertised and promotinal Walmart deals on phones are contingent on if "qualified employees" are working that day. Example: you may find a phone you like and there might be a Walmart sign saying "activate today...and get this phone for $99." If there is no "qualified employee" there that is able to activate the deal, then you are not able to get the advertised deal. Apparently the deals can only be done by people who work specifically for phones for walmart. I would check ahead if you are wanting to get a phone related to an advertised promotion.

Wish they had a better selection on products we were interested about. Everything has changed. When it comes to clothes, My wife and many others are firm believers in the fact that one size does not fit all. They like the old sizing style. List goes on.

A lot of the employees are great. Even when it's busy it's not super stressful. The only reason why I'm giving it a one-star is because they quit selling aquafina cases of bottled water as well as sharkleberry fin Kool-Aid. And the store manager argued corporate policy with me denying price override for wrong stocked product not only did he argue telling me that I was wrong about the policy but he also refused to honor said policy. To which as soon as I got out to the parking lot in my car I looked up the corporate policy on the situation and he was wrong and I was right and he was so very rude and disgusting about the situation to me even after I told him i have worked for Walmart before and i know the policy. He still continued to tell me I'm wrong and refuse the price change two packets of that were like less than a $2 difference for each. Have no respect for somebody who doesn't honor their policies to the point of even arguing and being disgustingly rude about said policies that are in fact corporate placed policy's

Going at night after work I really don't run into many employees and those I do run into are mostly totally disinterested in most things conversational while remaining polite and courteous, and that works well for me after work. Going during the day I've come across several individuals at different times during the day that were downright rude, entirely unpleasant, and demeaning in their speech, which absolutely does not work for me.

We purchased a very large TV & asked the associate for help to take it up front & were ignored then asked her again & she said yes that she would get a cart then 20 mins later!!!! We had to ask someone else & he went rite away for a cart & even helped my spouse load it onto the truck 🤗

We travel to Pella for Doctor visits & LOVE this store. People are friendly, shelves are always stocked & the associates are always busy & make you feel welcome.

The store itself was okay the bathrooms on the other hand I would not recommend anybody going into it was filthy and I mean filthy will body fluids up the wall when I went to customer service to tell them that it was dirty they said let me guess it's dirty so obviously they know it and done nothing about it so to shop there yeah it's okay but don't have to use the bathroom when you go

Seems like no matter where we go we always end up in a walmart. Very nice Walmart prices were great. I'm sure we'll be in another one sometime

This Walmart is pretty nice. There's a good selection in all the sections. The layout is similar to my usual store too so that's nice for finding what I need. They are rarely out of stock with things I want. So far I like this one quite a bit. Plus it's directly next to my work, so it's very convenient.

Great experience I always have to return something and they are always pleasant. I get things sent from my daughter so I don't always have a receipt. Your check out guy, was slow and had keep pulling up his pants so they wouldn't fall down and I don't think he understood what I was telling him but we made it. I seem to spend plenty of time and money there.

The cashier RUSHED ME THROUGH SELF CHECKOUT AND PISSED ME OFF. I ENDED UP DROPPING SOME CASH OUT WHILE TRYING TO PAY AND IT WAS NEVER FOUND. Someone had a nice day thanks to my unfortunate loss. Self checkout means I should not need an associate unless I call them to help! This associate treated me like I ripped the store off. NEWS FLASH-I HAVE 30+ YEARS IN RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE UNDER MY BELT!!95% OF YOUR RETAIL CUSTOMERS ARE HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE. Treating everyone like they are a thief will result in angry customers who tell people about your poor customer service skills! It only takes 1 person to tell 10 or more of their friends about your rude and unneeded behavior to reduce your sales and profit $$.
