I love this old school meat market. Everything is done with a lot of detail and it's obvious they are proud of their products and care about the quality. If you're traveling, grab a couple of beef sticks before you go, but the real treat is getting a sandwich here, as their fresh meats make for a great lunch. Also, if they offer the option of chips or soup, take the soup as it's really good...so much so that I went into their frozen section and bought some on my way out.

I love this place anytime I come to town I have to take home at least 3 kinds of their amazing bacon. I have never had a bad thing here from the wide variety of bratwurst , multiple flavors of beef sticks and who can forget the good old pella bologna I love the one with blue cheese but that's just my personal taste.

If you are visiting Pella, you need to go here! The second you walk in the door you are greeted by the incredible smell of smoked meats. My absolute favorite thing is the dried beef dip. It is something I always come home with. The jerky and meat sticks are to die for! Also, they have amazing frozen meals as well. The service is always top notch, with friendly workers, and fast service. Seriously one of my favorite places to visit.

Excellent place for Pella sausage, steaks/roasts, cheese, Dutch products, frozen food dishes, etc. Can feel less 'unique' than other stores on the square, but still worth a stop.

Always a must-stop when we visit Knoxville! We'll always grab a sandwich alongside a variety of meats and beef products to take home with us. Best fresh meats we've ever had and am extremely friendly staff. Can't wait to be back!

I was eating breakfast a few doors down and this shop caught my eye. Stopped in after a wonderful breakfast. The young lady in the shop greeted us happily and seemed genuinely glad we were there. She answered some questions and then packed up some of the tempting looking Beef sticks. The slight smoky smell in the shop was great.I headed home and ate a few of these during my long car ride and was so glad I bought plenty to share at home. Great place and will definitely return when in Pella.

Love Ulrichs Meat Market. Always friendly staff and their prices are very comparable to others around. If you haven't had their Pella bologna and gouda cheese take and bake pizza you are missing out!! They are huge and priced so cheap!

We visited Pella, IA and also Ulrich Meat Market. They supposedly had “frikandellen” so we had to try them because it was one of our favorite snacks in The Netherlands. Well I can assure you that it doesn’t even resemble the taste for a little bit. Overly priced sausage and probably money maker for the unaware tourist. After trying the first package we decided to throw the frozen ones away. Yes they were that bad!

If you like meat and you are in Pella, then you MUST go here! Beef jerkey is amazing. Beef sticks, bologna, and on down the line. They should charge for the smells alone but lucky for us those are free :) Also, I just recently discovered their deli sandwiches, which are also incredible.

We always purchase their beef jerkey when we visit Pella. The best we've ever had. Puts OK's to shame. So we have it shipped to Tulsa. Wish they had a shop here. Yum, yum. Got it today. Thank you!

We're able to find chorizo here, which we haven't ever found anywhere else in Iowa (I'm sure it's around, we just never have stumbled upon it before). Every time I have purchased the beef sticks from a vending machine they have hard bone fragments in them . They are disgusting. They also have other hard things in them . Reconsider what’s grounded up in these . Yuck .

I was not very happy with them as there website said that they take ebt when I was done shopping get ready to check out I was told that they accepted either so I left had to go somewhere else to get my meat I won't go back to them ever in my life it was a waste of my time
