Worst pharmacy I've ever been to! They don't have your prescriptions ready when they tell you they're ready, the service is slow. They let people sit in the drive-thru while they make orders for people who should pull up and let others through or just go in or come back later. People shouldn't be stuck in line because they didn't have a prescription ready for someone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

It's a small pharmacy and often times they have to order my medication in rather than it just being there. And yes, they are slow but to their credit they really do the best they can do. As I said, it's a small pharmacy and they are simply overwhelmed in terns of the amount of customer Rx's and the lack of space they have.

They advertise walk in hours for Covid/Flu vaccinations but this is a lie. They have set hours that are not posted any where. IF you choose Pella HyVee schedule a time or go some place that actually honors walk in hours!

The pharmacy team has been very helpful to our family, including organizing medications and navigating the insurance aspect. They are always very friendly and helpful.

They would have to answer their phone first. The store is fantastic, I would just avoid the pharmacy if you want something done in a timely fashion.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Waited over an hour for my perscription that had been submitted over an hour prior to me arriving at the pharmacy.

Dealing with kidney stones and waited over 45 minutes for my meds then was asked if i could come back in another 30 minutes and ended up leaving without them.
