We were walking the square and decided to pop in and check this place out. The owner was friendly and was welcomed us to bring our dog in with us. We didn't end up buying any baked goods, but picked up a leash and few treats. The owner also gave us some recommendations on places to get some human treats!! We would definitely stop in again the next time we are in town.

We had a nice experience here at EarthWise. We were actually visiting Pella while travelling and a tornado warning was issued for Pella. After several other stores refused for us to take shelter with our dogs, we went to EarthWise and they gladly let us stay in the basement until the tornado passed by the area.The staff member, Jessi, was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. There were a lot of high quality ingredient foods/treats and other good selections of items for a reasonable price.

Faux Paws staff was extremely helpful and they had so many great options to choose from. They had treats, pet toys, and many other necessities when being a parent/owner of a fur baby. :-)

I always have a delightful experience here! The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, I always find what I need, treats are darling and I love supporting local. For a big dog with allergies, I appreciate a variety of food and supplement options to experiment with to try and improve his comfort. When I compared the new dog food I was purchasing with prices from another leading online retailer it was comparable. I’ve also found my product on sale a few times which is always a pleasant surprise! I look forward to many visits to come!

Cute shop, good selection. Had the step in harness we needed and the breakaway harness we wanted. Cute treat selection, and multiple brands of pet food. We get all our pet supplies from here. The staff is always amazingly friendly and love on our pup

Hannah has been super helpful in figuring out what I was needing or looking for. I found some great chews for arthritis for my 11 year old golden retriever and they have changed our life! If there’s none on the shelf, they even have one in the back storage for us in stock. Definitely recommend going here for your pet needs!

Cute store. Unique inventory. Boutique prices.But rude service.Store clerks announced to shoppers that they would be closing in 4 minutes. This was during a holiday festival unique to the downtown shopping district.The message conveyed was to get out of the store and sales or customers were not a priority.

We love EarthWise pet! The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. I love the amount of healthy treats and different toys they stock. I go almost every week to get bakery treats!!

Sometimes going to Pella as a mixed race family can be uncomfortable due to the lack of diversity. However, the day that we went to the bakery my 3 kids were running around like crazy chickens and they were so incredibly patient! They helped answer all my husbands questions about puppy food and we will definitely be going back! We appreciate being treated so well and their patience!

A fun little shop to go to with your four legged friend!Eve, our lab, is a huge fan of her Peanut Butter Dutch Letters! The owners are friendly and considerate. The baked goods are adorable and baked in house, without fillers!
