The ice cream was amazing like you can expect at Culver's. Not sure what exactly was going on, but we waited for what felt like forever on just ice cream! There was a line in the drive thru, but not extremely busy. My guess is, the lady taking the orders and accepting the payments was the issue. Maybe someone behind us had a huge order, and therefore we had to wait till we could even pay at the drive thru window. Either way, it was worth the wait for some great custard!

Burgers are top-notch! Chicken is really good too (and their ranch dressing is fantastic for chicken strips) - HOWEVER - there is one nagging issue that affects this Culver's and every other one I have been to - the French fries. When they are cooked properly they can't be beat! Sadly that almost never happens. Most of the time the fries are either soggy or sometimes borderline raw. I guess we all need something to work on right?

Food at this location is absolutely horribly greasy. Like literally dripping grease. Workers are friendly and service fast but you can literally wring out the grease. When it soaks through both the burger box AND the bag and stills drips is a bit much I think. I love Culver's but I'd stick with the custard at this location.

They were slammed with a cross-country team in town... That didn't slow the service down at all... This crew was all over it... Great food & customer service...The roast beef, shrimp, hot fries, soup, and butter burgers were as good as ever.

I asked if their pork loin was breaded. She looked confused and softly said I don't know, long pause, she walked over to someone else, they walked to ask a person in the food preparation area. I heard him plain as day, I don't know, what!! I left and went to the Mexican restaurant instead.So I see your reply request and response. I was being polite when I said I didn't want a hamburger. The truth, I was shocked no one could answer my question so I refused to give them my buisness.Change your menue from pork loin, to breaded pork loin, and contact this place and educate the workers.

Good food. Good service. Fast. Ate inside. Very clean.I would like to add to my first review how important it is to put napkins & a plastic fork (to eat the chilly cheese fries) in the sack. We had neither. Thankfully, we came home to eat, so it wasn't a big deal this time around. Just a friendly reminder. Food was great as always.

They were packed due to the Tulip Festival. We did not have to wait in line very long and they brought our food within about ten minutes. The staff were courteous and friendly. For as busy as they were, I thought they did a great job and the food and custard was yummy!

I will have to say they were slammed, however our food was good but they did mess up on my husband's burger. The reason I gave them 4 stars was because it will still good and we didn't have to wait long at all.
