They allow trucks to park here which was very helpful in doing my shopping. Groceries, stationary, cleaning products. Stuff for my puppers. A little busy at the self-checkout every time I've been here, guy checks receipts on the way out the door. Nice Walmart.

Like most Walmarts, customer interaction leaves a lot to be desired. Usually they only get one star for to rude or non-existent (or so it seems) employees. Today I actually had someone ask if they could help me find something. What a refreshing change!

I called to have 4 tires put on my car trailer and the lady said since it’s the weekend she’s too busy to put them on. Um ma’am it’s Friday and you should never turn away customers. The one in Moberly Missouri got me right in once during a flat tire emergency. Ottumwa Iowa automotive sucks.

I shopped with my phone by " Scan as you go." Mobile Pay... It was my first time trying it. I kinda like it and kinda don't!! I like the idea of everything being paid as I go, and all I have to do is pay at the self checkout and bag it. But I dislike the idea of it taking forever to shop! I just want to go to the store and get what is needed and get out. I'm done with the Mobile pay, at Walmart. It's not me!

Can't wait till someone finally realizes that having regular check outs is the best thing for the customers. Plus it makes it tougher to steal I would think.

Over at the electronics and had to wait forever and they seen me but they were on there phone so I said excuse me can I have help and they would not pay attention to me stood there for about 5 minutes to get what I wanted and just decided to leave the store I would go somewhere else if we had a different store

It’s a Walmart, so you kind of know what to expect based on the fact that it is a Walmart. Didn’t interact with any staff, so I can’t say anything positive or negative about that. It’s not a dirty rundown Walmart, but it’s also not a clean and fancy suburban Walmart either.

We found everything we were looking for and were able to check out quickly using the self checkout lanes.The only thing that I had a problem with was that one of the employees named Dawn started walking right in my path even though she was looking right at me. I said, "Excuse me and got a nasty look, but otherwise ignored. Maybe you should think about re-training your employees to have a little more respect for your customers. I have had other incidents with employees as well; like the time I dropped my phone at the Oskaloosa Iowa Walmart and when is asked at the customer service received a very unexpected reception. Not only did I stand in line for 20 minutes, but the man at the register ignored me when I got to the desk, until I spoke up. I asked if anyone had turned in an S pen for a phone, and he looked at me with a disgusted look like I was wasting his time and said, "How would I know? I explained that it would have been in the last 20 minutes or so, and he just abruptly told me no and turned away from me.

All the guys in grocery pickup were working hard today in the heat. They helped us out when we couldn't check in on the app then helped each other load groceries. Would have been 5 stars but the app wasn't working great today.

They had one cashier working and there were several people in line waiting. I think it's BS to have to check yourself out especially when you have employees standing around watching the self check outs & then having someone wanting to check your ticket when you leave! Everything is way too expensive and we don't get paid to check ourselves out. There were alot of other people complaining also!

Wanted to return item, one very patient lady working service counter, 8 customers in line. Took 40 minutes, when I left 11 customers waiting. Never enough checkers.

Need a low sodium isle. And better stockers.they're mixing clearence (most not marked with clearence stickers)with regular priced items and being suprised at register or worse at home. Why are items put to high to reach? Either run several isles over and wait for them to get ladder or not buy a much needed item .Hope this will help improve your store for all your customers.Was made to follow the girl managing east end side of self checkouts way back to the clearance shelves next to gardening which is totally full length of store and back because of no clearance sticker on item. Not smart for a customer with breathing and ambulation problems. Also had to leave all 4 sacks at the register.Now can you tell me Why I had to go? And WHY she couldn't have sent the other associate next to her to go or call back to the department. Why did I have to go through this and why are there such stupidity standing around watching customers do a job they Should be doing. Not at any point did I get an apology or offer if I needed assistance to get back to the beginning of the round trip when I had to stop several times to recover air exchange,other than feel stupid for shopping at my local HAPPY HELPFULL ,GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ,WALMAT..,..

This is a large Walmart and has the Tire & Lube center which I've had good and bad experiences with, but that would take too much space to write about all that. This store is quite good for getting most of your household needs at a good price. Currently I couldn't find a good chunk of the things I was looking for, this may well not be all their fault considering current conditions, so three stars from me.

They put out defective Walmart bags with broken handles on multiple lanes. Why even have them out? You can't carry anything!

Child injured and no action was taken. While checking out the self checkout machine alerted to a coin return jam. While talking to a manager about the problem my 21 month old child's hand got stuck in that machine's coin return. He began screaming and I could not immediately get his hand out. I asked the employee if he could open the machine to which he said no. Because I knew the machine was malfunctioning and I didn't know if my child's fingers were at risk of being injured inside the machine I forced his hand out. He was bleeding and one finger the skin peeled and very swollen. And still has a scar a month later. The employee did not ask if he was alright or offer any assistance during or after the incident. The lack of concern and action of the employee was dumfounding. The least of which could have been an apology, but the utter disregard for a child wellbeing was shocking. I made a complaint a month ago that only got bounced around to different departments with no results until finally all correspondence stopped. Needless to say, their customer care doesn't care.

Obviously there is either way your rate could go. 1 being busy place, no registers open except self checkout, it's messy, nothings in stock, etc. BUT. I like our Walmart, granted things aren't ALWAYS stocked but majority of things I went after are easiest to get at Walmart. And cheaper than most places around here. Yes it's busy, but it's Walmart.I'm not sure if it's supply and demand or other chains needing things more hut Walmart is like sparse when it comes to fruits right now! And a couple other things.

It has a great selection of products. The customer service was very kind and patient and stayed overtime to help me. They are so understaffed. Of the 16 checkouts only 2 were occupied. The service was really slow due to lack of cashiers. I feel they need to reduce the self checkouts and ire more workers so speed service up. I was overcharged a few items and had to walk back to each to check prices. Turns out certain items are not in the proper place and labeled wrong. I also got underwear and the company that delivers them has 1 price and Walmart has their suggested sale price. WELL that must screw million of $ out of people because I wouldn't have noticed being overcharged if I wasn't OCD. The important thing was, despite wasting way longer in Walmart then I wanted too, I was taken care of eventually and got a full refund.

One of the best Walmarts I have ever been to. Years ago I would of only given 2 stars. I shop weekly here and have seen a big improvement. Customer Service could be a little bit friendlier, they seem stressed and irritated most of the time. Update 2022, over the past year not much has improved. A lot more people shopping so lines are pretty long. As a regular shopper I see a lot of friendly associates. Most are friendly and helpful. The team leads/management however are usually pretty mean. I had to ask them once to quit cussing and making fun of their "Subordinates" in front of my young children. The Online grocery shopper associates are a nuisance. They like to cut in the way of other shoppers and block the lanes with their big carts.
