We live in Fairfield...so we've tried vets in this area for convenience. But, our 2 dogs and cat are back to Thomas vet clinic. Top care! Expertise! Three times our silky has been saved by their care after returning from vacations...because he needed daily lactose to survive...they have cared for him last two vacations...he's been great!!!

Got myself a new little pupper and was totally convinced that he was breathing too fast. Called Dr. Thomas and she got me in and like and hour. She listened to his heart and said "he's fine". Lol. I appreciate SO MUCH that they got me in so fast!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this vet!Update: may 30, 2022Took my chonky pupper back for his booster shots. He learned about heart worm, and even found a Bassett on the dog chart.

NOT IMPRESSED! But if you have no other choice and money to burn! This place would be my last choice!I came in from out of town, and I saw a hit cat (obviously a pet, very clean) on the highway suffering, she was screaming at cars as they drove on by..I couldnt do it! I had to go back! Broke my heart!I brought her in, to see if they could euthanize her? I was charged $173.50!Most vets ethically do this out of good will! Not this one! Charge me for the drug...fine! But office visit and cremation?It took you less than 5 minutes to stop her pain! You should be ashamed!I called the next morning said "don't creamate her, I am on my way" I drove 3 counties over picked her up. Got a refund of $105.00. I had to ask for by the way! (she had to ask, if she could?) Took her back to the county I just came from and they scanned her for a chip (never done previously) and creamated her for FREE! That's what a good caring vet does! It's called GOOD WILL!

Thomas vet took me in as a new client for an emergency with my cat flash. They were super helpful and considerate they were even cheaper than that I had went to beforehand, who sent me home, saying he would just be sore. Thomas ended up keeping him overnight and doing everything they could and he still passed away. Although he passed away, I have nothing bad to say, and only praised them for being such kind people they were considerate enough to take paw prints and a nose print. That left me crying. when asking to cremate him I didn’t even think about that. They also were not in any rush to get their money and let me wait until I picked his remains up. Although it’s an hour from my house, I plan on taking all my other pets here from now on. I write through happy tears of having the prints and plan on telling everyone how great they are.

Thomas vet has been taking car of my fur babies for 25+ years. I had an experience on 5/28 that reminded me why I'll never go anywhere else. I came home from work on Sunday, the day before memorial day, to find my youngest kitty having urinary issues. I called the emergency number and in less than 15mins I received a call from Dr. Emily. I explained the issue with my kitty and asked for her recommendation. She was completely honest about what she thought I should do and the approximate pricing of the emergency visit. Since I live over an hour away we set the soonest time to meet at the office. Dr. Emily was amazing! She treated my baby like her own, despite having her vacation interrupted. She answered all the questions I had as to why the issue occurred so quickly and what could cause it. She even offered to send me literature on it as well as a preventative measure. Thank you so much, Dr Emily!

My dog got hit by a car and they were so warming to me and my baby, they helped put me at ease that he was gonna be okay and handle him so well. As small as he is. The staff was fantastic. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I take my cats here all the time. They are lovely individuals taking care of my babies. They know if they need more than what they are there for they can call me and ask if I want to do this and this too! I absolutely appreciate Thomas Veterinary Clinic! I will continue to go to them. Definitely great prices for the services they provide. They house horses and other animals. Definitely very very clean area, the lobby is CLEAN. The receptionist gals/guys are literally SOOOO nice! Extremely helpful. They are such nice individuals and they treat my babies as if they are their own! Extremely comfortable environment! Will continue to go here and will continue to recommend Thomas Veterinary Clinic to everyone I know!!

Dr. Kylee Thomas is absolutely the BEST!! She is wonderful with animals & she cares so much for the animals & the families!! Her and her staff are professional & so personable!! We've been taking our cat there for 7 years & we love it there!!

Not the place for someone who cares about their animals. They misdiagnosed our dog left her suffering for three months while they charged us for unnecessary test and medications. Then admitted there was an obvious reason for our dogs suffering which they missed resulting in her having to be put to sleep. Money is obviously the only reason they are in business.

We have had many wonderful experiences there. Doctor Thomas is the best We take Duke our Boxer there and he loves going there. Lacey our Fiest actually is a very success story Lacey doesn't like to take medicine or get her nails trimmed and Doctor Thomas did both and she did not mind it one bit. The staff is great and the place is clean. We would highly recommend them!!

Had a weekend emergency and was worried I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone. Had a callback within minutes, addressed every question and walked me through what I needed to do. Happy with the whole staff at Thomas Vet Clinic!

I used to take my horses here for their annual check ups of dental work, coggins test and vaccines. This year I was very disappointed and left without any work being done. I made my appointment one month + in advance and confirmed it the Friday before. I was checked in 20 minutes early and was told they'd get me right in as soon as the veterinarian arrived. My appointment was at 8am, by 9am we saw 2 horses come and go. One was not an emergency, the other was a laceration. By the time a third horses was seen before me at 9:30 I had enough. I was told, around 9:00-9:30 that they tried contacting me to move my appointment. Mind you, I confirmed my appointment the Friday before and was told at check in that I'd be seen as soon as the vet arrived.

My little kitten, Penelope, got caught under the chair and the springs pinched her and made a gash across her belly. Kylee treated her & she healed up within just a few weeks. Kylee did such an amazing job! Im so happy that she was able to save my little "Princess".

My shadow pup had gotten into something (still to this day not sure what) but it was on a Saturday AFTER noon .. I called because he wasnt comprehensive and just not good unable to walk .. left msg cause they were closed .. instant phone call back and was able to meet me at the clinic in 30 min .. she took him in new what to do .. was genital and caring had him stay for 2 nights to keep a good watch on him kept me updated w phone calls.. all in all they saved him .. very pleased

Thomas Veterinary clinic was highly recommended to me by good friends that I highly trust, and whom are genuine animal lovers, and so I took my dog there to get spayed. They did a great job.
