Trish has always done an excellent job grooming our dogs. She is always so caring and compassionate and giving her a 5 star rating doesn't begin to say how awesome she is!!! Would never take our dogs anywhere else!

They care for my St. Bernard Roscoe so well. They help his sensitive skin, his hot spot outbreaks and occasional flea problems with barely a blink. His shyness is no problem with the ladies and he gives them no trouble....wouldn't go anywhere else. They also have wonderful communication about costs and if something is needed a d how much it would be before they do anything.

I took my pomeranian into her. I asked her to bathe and trim him up and let her know that he had quite a few knots around his hindquarters. I told her I brushed him once a week but couldn't get all the knots out. As I picked him up, I asked the gal if there were any issues with the knots and was told there wasn't. As I'm driving home, I realized he still had quite a few knots on both sides of his hindquarters. I was extremely disappointed. I called and left her a message telling her this. I also said that I wouldn't be using her again. I thought that she would at least call to apologize. She didn't. I came home, got, cut the knots out, and also trimmed up his rear end where she hadn't trimmed him up at all. Very dissatisfied with the grooming done on him!!! Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos.Trish did call me back and apologized. Yet there was a "but" in the conversation. She said that she was very sorry, but to say that my pomeranian had a difficult coat to brush out. And she had her helper do it and didn't check it before giving my dog to me. That is the reason that I gave them 1 more star since she did call me back.

Our snoodle Baxter had a excellent experience at this facility. Groomer was so gentle with him he even let me comb him when we got home. He is just 7mo 3 hair trims . This place was very polite . We drove from Pella and will continue up to return here. Thanks sooo much

My dog is a fluffy keeshond and got a lion's cut today. Danielle was his groomer and did an excellent job!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone ☺️
