First time buying parts for a manual vehicle! I wasnt familiar with the parts and switches. The employee could have been more specific. But overall they were helpful getting me the right parts and sending me on my way! 👍

My go to auto parts store. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable and the ones that don't know, check with the ones that do! Staffing is very hard these days and I believe they do a great job finding a good balance.

I don't go frequently, they have good hours and provide a good service to the community, location is also convenient, as well as the parking. I got the needed item quickly after wandering from isle to isle and then got to pay quickly. Recommend!

This O'Reilly is the Biggest JOKE OF ALL. They don't know what is A return and discount are. Oh and they charge you for the return at full price , and then charge full price and they don't give you your discount because they are incompetent. 05/27/2023.

Great and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and they know what their doing. Everyone was easy going and it was a good customer service experience in general. Would recommend as your go-to parts and tool rental shop.

I ordered a part that needed to be shipped to their store, they couldn't give me any specific date on when it would be in so I left my phone number. I went in to buy a bulb and asked if that part made it in or not because I never received a call, then found out it was already sent back to the wearhouse.

Went in to get a starter checked turns out it was bad only took about 5 minutes got a new one and I was gone. Excellent customer service and most of the time they will have what you need.

Employees dont know anything. One employee used a abs reader then 1 week later i went back in and another employee said they dont have a abs reader. Yes you freaking do. Had to get a manager and manager said they do have it and pulled it out. One of many times the employees are incompetent of there job

Don't know what there problem is there they will not even give me a interview I am more than qualified!!! 18 yrs as a mechanic in the military dealership experience,and 1 1/2 yrs of auto technology classes at IHCC. Oh i know they only want to rehire females that have worked there before and their daddy is a the city councilman and Guatemalan's that pull guns on people and have federal charges and that's a drug dealer that's OK that's how Ottumwa operates I understand ! I will ask headquarters or my sister in law to check into since shes a regional manager in Texas may be she can find out something in this in breed area !!!
