I get my prescriptions there . My daughter and I got our first 2 COVID shots there and lost the cards. They were busy with filling prescriptions, so I have to call them next week to find out if they got the spare time to fill out replacement cards for us . Once I get the replacement cards , I can take them to Cedar Rapids and get the boosters recorded . Normally they are pleasant and nice . Everyone has one of those days every now and then . I didn't allow myself to take it personally . I do have to point out that there are people that as a former regular that I was always happy to see . Barb and Darcy in wine and spirits and I'm sorry that I can't remember his name , but he is in management very approachable , helpful , does everything that he can to get products in that customers request . He's a grown up and has a sincere smile . Sorry I'm not always good with names

Never have meds ready when you come in to pick them up even though they call you and tell you they are ready. They allow people to wait in the drive through for their medication for 15-20 minutes at a time.

Very busy place! Still has helpful smile in every aisle. Just need to slow down and look around sometimes. Happy shopping!

The last 2 times that i have been to drugtown i have been charged wrong. Last week i was charged wring foe Sterling’s chips, the was 2 for $7 was charged $7.98then then Pepsi products said buy 2 get one free, it did not say they had to be all bottles or all can. When i called, he said the bottles was even included on that sale and i am pretty sure it was. Now this time Pepsi products are 4for $10 and they charged me $12. Not going back

About sick of the rude customer service. You shouldnt scream at your customers. Please consider some professional customer service training for your pharmacy employees.

Always have my prescriptions ready. However they don't tell me if they can't fill one of my scripts. I called to find out what happened and they told me that they couldn't get that particular script in and haven't been able to for months but never let me know. There customer service isn't very hospitable.

So I went to a new doctor and the doctor put me on a new medication and the first to last time I went to get that medication filled they told me that they didn't have any record of me being on that medication (which I know isn't true because I had gotten filled once before this) and an hour later they called my dad (even though I've told them several times NOT to call him and to call me) to say that my prescription had been filled.Also the pharmacist was extremely SNOBBY and wanted to argue with me about MY medication because I told her that she needed to delete my old doctor's name because I don't see him anymore and to add my new doctor's name.

A good place to get the stuff you forgot at the main hyvee. Not a lot of selection but a friendly staff that's willing to help find what ever you need. Also a great selection of booze.

Not the pharmacy, but the restaurant across the entire retail store, decided to eliminate the popular has brown from the breakfast options, and replaced them with light fried potatoes slices. Different store involves different preparation and presentation. This is sad.

I love shopping at Hyvee Drugstore reason #1 it is 2 or 3 blocks away from my house and reason #2 everyone is so friendly and polite.

Good store, AWFUL pharmacy. They messed up my prescriptions several times and would not fix them. They are incapable of working with insurance companies (80% of the time). Just switched to Walgreens.
