Great produce, the best selection & prices on fresh meats, and a wide selection of food, amenities & even alcohol. Don't forget their rewards card also saves money at Casey's gas stations. You can't go wrong stopping at any Hy-vee.

I Always been a Hy-Vee shopper. Stayed away from big Mart shopping until I get to pricing things. Seems like the last few years ole Hy-Vee wants to jump on that inflation bandwagon and charge almost $7 a gallon of milk! Totally ridiculous price! Lots of things are expensive for such a used to be humble company. But now it seems with the new Richard at the helm he has directed stores to rob us like the rest of the inflation mafia has! Guess he will price himself right out of business in a few years and we’ll be left to shop at Walmart and Fareway for groceries! Milk at Walmart is under $3 a gallon. 2% and chocolate! Not much of an argument there since milk is federally mandated to meet certain ingredients and all 2% is made the same.

I really miss Northside the staff was much better the prepared foods were always fresh my stomach never feels right after I eat HyChi now this store feels cramp and inconvenient to even go to and there is no helpful smile in every aisle and the main desk people always have an intolerable attitude I now primarily do all my shopping at fareway or walmart closing north hyvee was a stuoid idea

Had a bad experience at the deli area. Rude lady behind the counter did not want to help me. I talked with Ralph and he was very helpful and got me what I needed. I appreciate his help and professionalism.

Parking lot is a mess. Always have problems finding a spot or trying to get out of one if you find it. Never have anything in there ads. Posting sale prices with the perks price on them is a good way to trick people to buy things at the wrong price if you are not a perks member.

This is really a great store it's so nice and clean all the time and they do have super great deals. Also have electric motor shopping chair/scooters. Great Place!😁

UHighest cart to car collision rate in town. 2 major dents in a month. No help from the store in checking cammeras. Will only cooperate maybe if police are involved I was told. Sounds like this is frequent. (Update stopped by for a quick item and Hy bee still has carts blowing around parking lot. Watch you vehicles shoppers!)

Great friendly place to shop, produce is usually fresh and well stocked. Every now and then some of their produce is not mature enough and other times produce well over their maturity date... Maybe a bit spoiled. Cooked food on the other hand has never been a hit with me, it's usually dry and not good... Same goes for their Chinese food. All that aside... The grocery part of it is more often than not on spot. One last note, the salad bar is usually pretty darn good... Though to be fair is just cut up fruits and veggies along side nacho cheese and cooked taco beef.

It's a damn shame my favorite grocery store around here going to automated registers at don't State whether they take card or cash so you waste your time just have to go to another register and then as you're shopping you see the prices of what you'll pay compared to what a member pays kind of ridiculous how about just offering competitive competition deals on the items you sell versus your competition AKA Walmart Fairway not much of a competition when you had helpful checkers happy employees and quick efficient service

Gone downhill severely. Multiple times I’ve been met with rude, terrible service. Sales they were having not being signed correctly, and then when asked about it, in the nicest way possible, the clerks always act rudely, one lady even told me “well I don’t know anything about that”. Tonight I had the final straw when my mother came out in tears cause they had no one checking and she couldn’t get any help at self-checkout. I work in retail, I know how tough it is to give good customer service, but this is unacceptable…

I can drive down the road to the Walmart and get everything I shop for there for half the price. The prices at HyVee have gotten out of hand and are ridiculous. It’s no wonder they’re on the verge of bankruptcy. Over the course of the last month I’ve found sale items to ring up correctly at the register, staff no trained to handle these situations, hair in my baked items as well as them being outdated, and produce that’s rotten. Save your money and drive down the road to either the north store location, aldis, or Walmart. It’s a shame the better store is closing at the end of the year. Should be this one.

Seems like items are moved around. I finally start getting use to where things are then it is moved. Very frustrating, a waste of my time and energy.

Only downfalls are self-checkout and not being open 24 hours anymore the only other thing would be. Deals are targeted towards the end of the month anybody with assistance WIC or food stamps that your cost of groceries are quite a bit different at the beginning of the month

Southside Hyvee is by far the better of the two hyvees in this town. Mainly because it doesn't feel like a Hyvee store. I normally avoid Hyvee at all costs with the exception of this location.

My items rang in the wrong sale price and there was a guarantee that it rings up right or it's free I asked the manager about it and he ignored me and only gave it to me at the sale price what happened to customer satisfaction and the Manger to explain they do or do not honor the price guarentee will not go back
