5 piece chicken tender strips... three chicken nuggets and some burnt ends and pieces. Do better Hardee's. Also we ordered 2 medium fries and one small, we recieved 2 smalls and one medium.

Esebia was very nice the entire drive thru process from the speaker to the window, to even handing the order to us after we pulled forward! They were about to close so I’m excited to see she had an upbeat attitude with my friend, my daughter and I the entire time. Seems like she was the only one working! Give her a raise and a promotion because she deserves it! When I forgot to add something she was able to do it at the window as well. I just moved here not too long ago so that was my first experience of Iowans customer service and I am very pleased. She had a smile on her face the entire time so that was very nice to see even if they were about to close and she likely had been working for a while at that point already. Food was good! First time having Hardee’s! She even recommended me the app which I did not know they have so I thank her for that!I will be back :) Go Esebia! Keep working hard.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very nice to my daughter!

Went in with a coupon for my order. It went well. someone else was standing at the counter waiting to be waited on and everyone just looked at him and went back to what they were doing. I stepped up and said he needs to order as well. The girl at the counter gave me attitude after saying something to her about him needing to order. She gave me cold stale fries and gave him fresh fries. What a poor company! Expensive, and poor quality food. No wonder not many people go there.

Day shift ALWAYS has fresh hot food, made correctly and served quickly! I give them a 5 🌟 rating!Night shift can never get an order right! Their food served is ALWAYS poor quality, customers skills suck. I think for the prices​ we pay would & should get a heck of alot better quality of food and service! I would rate the at the poorest quality that you could give them!There is a HUGE difference between the shifts, I don't quite understand why that is!!

Sharing 1 star because there's no option for negative! HORRIBLE service! Very unpleasant. Line cook wearing gloves, touching his hat, hair, jeans, shirt...and food. Requested him to change his gloves, did so but I heard about it while I was waiting the THIRTY minutes for our food. Will not be back, do NOT recommend THIS store.

I really like the food at Hardee's in general. This particular Hardee's in Ottumwa Iowa just feels like it's not as good as many others. The store always feels like it's a little dirty. Depending on what time of day you go in their service can be very slow. I really want a Hardee's in Ottumwa I just wish it was better.

Clean environment, food was poor, service was fast, womans bathroom was clean and false advertising. My breakfast sandwich looked bigger on the menu, but upon recieving it oh my was there almost nothing on it! Almost no meat or egg. Husbands biscuit and gravy was fair.

Employees were wonderful but they were out of chicken!?! Literally I would try to order a chicken sandwich and they didn't have it. Then tried to order chicken nuggets for my child and they didn't have it. How does that happen?

I understand that is Christmas eve and they appear to be one of the few restaurants open, but they are woefully understaffed and the manager has a terrible attitude! We walked in at 1730 and as of 1750, there are other customers that ordered before me that still haven't received their order. I'm not impressed at all!

This place is disgusting. Just ordered a spicy chicken and they did not wear gloves while cooking or assembling the sandwich. Will never return. Used to love hardees but after this there is no way i will ever willing spend my hard earned money here. The time is 5:31 p.m

I had to wait 30 minutes just to go up and asked where my food was...she said she forgot and then took 10 more mins to make my food. Finally got my food and my fries were simi warm and soggy. Worst services I've ever had!

The people didn't greet u coming in or out. And the guy from drive threw had to come take our order because the 5 ppl up front we're not even turning around to help us. Very rude.

Worst Hardee's ever! Staff seemed completely disinterested when I had to ask for condiments on my dry, reheated burger with cold cheese. Never again Ottumwa Hardee's.

Cashier was rude, tables not clean, and all around piss poor service. When you say “Hi, how is it going today” and the cashier glares at you , tells you what kind of establishment this is. No thanks.
