I bought four fish and two snails. The tanks were very clean, and a week later all my fish are still alive! However, I was told there's no guarantee at all and I was sold a dead snail. He was laying upside down in their tank (i thought maybe they had just put him in the tank) and never moved after being placed in my tank. Three days later I threw him away. Update: We went back & he replaced the snail. I bought some guppies & he even threw in a couple extra. All of the fish I've purchased here are still alive and healthy. Will definitely recommend to others.

This place is the definition of a joke. If you’re looking for a real pet store that will give a refund or always make things right go to fins and things it’s where I’ve gone for years. I went in looking for a rabbit and got talked into a ferret by the employees. I told them I don’t know anything about ferrets and that I didn’t even have a cage. The woman working told me the ferret didn’t need a cage and if I just put out a liter box it will go in it. They also claimed it was completely tame. We got home and this ferret starts biting my daughter and pulling her down by her dress as well as trying to run after my legs and bite me. They claimed they don’t do refunds and that it was “buyers remorse” and that ferrets don’t just cuddle up. Thanks rusty. Crooks. When we were trying to get a refund back they said they were going to call the sheriff to have us removed as we were trying to walk out the door, then said well they’re probably just going to throw it in a ditch.

I purchased 4 sword tail fish nd 1 snail, i watched the young man chase the heck out of the fish with a previous customer and thought survival might be an issue. sure enough mine were chased, 1 swordfish was dead.

I absolutely love this shop! The gentleman that welcomed us as we walked in was very polite and asked if we needed any help very laid back place with a lot of stocked items for all types of animals and the stock of animals they had on hand we also impressive. The place was clean DID NOT smell like a pet shop when we walked in! The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the fish he had and the turtles really all the animals he had in stock. The only thing I did not like was the spiders he had on hand!All in all clean polite knowledgeable pet shop owners! I wish you guys the best of luck and and many more years of business!

Called Rusty 1/2 an hour closing to reserve a U-Haul trailer, I was an hour away and he stayed open for me. Helped me hook up and get me on my way. Very happy with my experience here. Walked around the shop while waiting to pick-up the trailer and was amazed at the array of animals. Great folks, do business with them everyone.

just left and the lady at the pet store was being really rude to some customers when I was in the store and it makes me not want to do business there anymore and she called him rude but she started off being super snotty to him first

The workers are friendly and their animal care is excellent. I’ve never seen a store go out of their way to give substrate to their hermit crabs. This gives them the opportunity to burrow and molt their shells, which allows them to live 50 times longer. I am also delighted to see that they provide their chameleons with foggers. I’m glad they take the time and effort to give exceptional care to their animals.

I am so relieved to finally have a place near me to get insects for my lizards! I was having to drive 1.5+ hrs just to get fresh crickets and worms. My fiance also noted that the pet shop itself its very clean and organized. Definitely going to be going back! :)

I really enjoyed this pet store and I have been very excited for its opening. The owners were kind and greeted us when we entered and the store’s selection of animals was surprising. They had several species of fish, reptiles, arachnids, and mammals. The store was very clean, looked nice and smelled good too. I highly recommend this store!

They are not taking proper care of their guinea pigs. They live in a cramped tank with no hay in sight. Clearly do not care.
