After driving out to a competitor that apparently didn't want my business I swung into Bomgaars not knowing if they'd have what I needed and to check out the greenhouse. Left with what I came in for originally and more. Top notch customer service as well! Bomgaars has pulled a 180 with how the Orshlens had the store.

Love this store!!! They have everything from farm stuff to a jewelry display. Even when I don't need anything, I will stop and look around. Well stocked, clean and orderly. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

I work there, my job is awesome. I learn something new everyday, and my Customers are the "BEST". ALL my co-workers are great, it is so down to earth, laid back and not insanely crazy luke my last job of 6 yrs. And we are "VERY PET FRIENDLY", so please bring your fur babies to see us, and we have free treats for your animals at the registers when you come to check out. So please come see us we have a little bit of everything.

Almost anything we are looking for in farm supplies we find there. On our most recent visit the person at the checkout was visiting with another employee who was not working at the time. That person did make a purchase, however, the clerk spent another 10 minutes just visiting while customers were waiting to be checked out. Worst customer service I have ever seen at that store. The first time I had ever seen either of those employees. Very dissatisfied with the service.

The one terrible thing about the employees is, none of them know anything about what they are selling!!! Even the people in charge don't really know what they're talkin about it seems like .one suggestion to them is if they hire somebody they must know somebody that has lived on a farm just saying....also watch the chicken feed I got a rotten bag. Tractor Supply is more apt to be better at most farm related questions.

I've gone in twice in the last week and they don't pay attention to their prices one item was 44.99 and rang up as 49.99 and the other was 59.99 and rang up as 69.99 and both times I had to argue with them so they would give me the correct price.
