I had an exceptional experience at this newly remodeled Best Western motel. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a restful stay. The hot breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The spacious parking lot was a convenient bonus, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, making the entire stay seamless. I highly recommend this motel for its top-notch facilities and attentive service.The interior of the rooms surpassed my expectations with thoughtful amenities like an oven, a generously-sized TV, and a convenient refrigerator. The motel's pool and gym facilities provided additional avenues for relaxation and exercise, enhancing the overall stay. Newly renovated. Staff was super nice. No complaints! Smelled fresh and clean. Comfortable bed. Clean. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner made my body feel so smooth! Unbelievable! Great hotel.Rooms: Comfortable.clean. can't believe the hygiene products. Amazing.

The room was NOT clean! There was some trash on the floor between the bed and the window. Surfaces had not been wiped clean. One of the beds had a huge dip in the mattress.Plus, when making the reservation, I told the agent we were traveling with a dog. He acknowledged and said that the reservation would include the dog. My card was charged the amount quoted. Upon arrival I was told there would be an additional $20 fee for the dog. The hotel clerk said something, from what I was able to understand, about it being a separate charge than online reservations. Even though I had made the reservation over the phone! Eventually I went ahead and paid because I was so frustrated for basically getting ripped off it was best to walk away.There was also a bunch of hair on the bathroom floor which indicates it wasn't swept or mopped. And the coffee maker was missing the tray to hold the grounds and make coffee. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And if it's the only place available, bring bleach wipes and expect to clean the surfaces yourself.

The guy at the front desk was just severely rude and impatient with any of my questions. Some of the worst customer service ive dealt with in years. The shower didnt even work in the room i was booked into. Also the milk for breakfast was sour. Ive never had sour rotten milk in my life until my stay here, and when i brought it up, there was a total lack of concern and im not even sure if they changed out the milk.

This hotel is about as shady as they come. The front desk guy double charged my card, and was mad when I asked for a refund of the double charge. 😐The pool is broken and they say that it's gonna be fixed soon, come to find out it's been broke down for almost a year.I feel like the indian gentleman behind the counter was super shady with my money, surly when I for my money back, and he got very weird when I let him know (politely) that the milk on the breakfast bar was spoiledDefinitely never staying there again. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.Not worth the money

Not a place to stay unless you enjoy hanging out with crawling creatures, nasty and rusty bathtubs, rusty doors, smelly rooms, and everything you can think of. This is a nasty place. Look at the pictures. I asked for a different room and I was told only the manager could do that and he wasn't there. The place looks ok on the outside but once you get inside the rooms it is a different story.As if it couldn't get any worse, there is what appears to be a bullet hole in the wall by the headboard.Look at these pictures.Rooms: Nasty

I went to go visit my family for my birthday. The room was ok. The bathroom light kept turning on and off all night and day, the bed was horrible. It sank in on both sides as if it was a very old mattress that a huge person slept on for years and basically made a hole in the mattress. There was gaping in the trim of the door and people could see in. Also the pool and jacuzzi has been broken and out of service for a long time now. All in all the hotel is even creepy. The staff were very kind.

Booked for six nights, and paid extra to be able to cancel if my plans change. My plans did indeed change, so I cancelled. Since I did so after the 4PM cutoff, they were entitled to bill me for ONE day of the stay. Instead they charged me for 50% of the bill, and refuse to refund me the extra amount they incorrectly billed. Avoid this hotel unless you want to get cheated out of money!

To say the least I have never left a review... But this was the most horrific experience of my life. The attendant at the front desk was nice upon arrival and check in. The adventure started when the key card machine was broken and she had to let me into my room. She then could barley get the door open after unlocking it. I walked into the room and the tile floors had not been mopped and had dirty foot prints. Then the carpets had not been swept. I then visited the bathroom where I realized there was a beer bottle cap inside of the toilet paper holder. So of course then I went to the bed to check for bed bugs as a routine for all hotels. Luckily I did not come across any but then found the sheets on one of the beds was backwards and had dirt all over it. So on to the next bed as it was only myself sleeping for the night. The 2nd bed had blood stains on the skirt. I then realize the microwave hadn’t been cleared I look inside to see a piece of old pizza lying on the glass turntable! On top of all of that there were pubic hairs all over the bathroom. Of course I went down to the desk to speak with the very nice attendant that I had spoke with when checking in, I showed her the pictures and asked her if the room had even been cleaned. She then provided feedback that was more than unfriendly as did not believe what information I had provided her. I was not able to get a clean room and no refund either as I booked through a traveling site. She did offer to come clean the room but it was 10pm and I need to get to sleep as I had to be up at 4:30am. The lock on the door was also broken so it was a good thing the door was hard to open. So one sleepless night in a disgusting hotel room and I will from now on listen to bad reviews!

Was going to start multiple nights per week for the next two years but the management does not know how to run a hotel. First stay I took the photo of the freezer in the room. Second stay was the stains on the bedsheets. These are the least of my concerns as the manager knocked on my door while I was in the restroom out of nowhere. I had no idea why anyone would be knocking on the door. As I was in the middle of my business, he decided to enter on his own with his master key! I was horrified. I decided to let that go and tried to stay here again. Wasn’t worth the rate. Going elsewhere for slightly more. Can’t tolerate such poor management with illegal practices.

Trash place they ripped off too pricey and the(asian) guy who works at desk so rude , arrogant and doesn't know English doesn't know how to talk politely with guest I guess , how they hire such kind of people management needs to be change, bed bugs we found and totally trashy shady hotel and staff as well . Wouldn't stay or recommend anyone . Charge like Marriott brand

The room was clean enough. Linens and towels were fine, as were the toilet, tub and the sink counter. It was obvious that the sink bowl itself had not been wiped clean recently. There was a soap film over the entire interior bowl surface.It appears that this property is struggling financially. I don't think that they have a maintenance person on staff and several things are falling apart in the public areas. For some reason they seem to think it's ok to leave the maid cart in the first floor guest hallway when it's not in use.If you can rent a room cheap enough and your are not real fussy, it is a decent value.

Don't let the hallways and doors fool you. Walking to my room I was thinking we'll guess you get what you pay for. I used Priceline and let them pick my room. Upon entering the room I was pleasantly surprised. Furniture not too outdated, bed was super comfy and the room was pretty clean. Usually in the older hotels you will see dirt collected in the corners, stains on walls and carpet, pealing paint ect but not in my room. The only down downside I can think of, it appears people live in some of the rooms but it seemed they were at one end of the hotel away from overnight guests. Also when stripping the bed to check for bedbugs the mattress pad had lots of hair on it but sheets and blankets were clean and stain free. If it weren't for those 2 things I would have given 4 stars.HAPPY TRAVELS

Was charged a $250 deposit BECAUSE IM A LOCAL!! Just don't understand the reasoning behind that choice but I paid it anyway. I've gotten locked out my bank because the transactions came back as fraudulent. But I stayed the 3 nights I had booked and well won't be too dissatisfied with the hotel if I ever receive my $250 deposit back. So for now I must just be honest and say I'll never stay at this particular Super 8 hotel. It was a very quiet hotel and that was very needed.

Pool was closed, my bed was extremely lumpy and completely shot, they only had about half the breakfast options they said they would. I don't think they did a good enough drying the sheets because the first day the sheets seemed damp.Housekeeping missed a used/dirty/wet towel on the back of the bathroom door.

They overcharged my debit card an extra $170, and not only did it without my foreknowledge, but then couldn't explain to me why or how afterwards. I will have to contact a corporate office to reach a conclusion. UPDATE: 09/18/20, contacted corporate, they say the manager fined me $150 for smoking in the room, which we never did, and she lied to me and said that's not even what the extra charge was for. Corporate took her word completely, and was completely unwilling to make anything right. I'll never give Best Western or any of their affiliates any of my money ever again.

Well, when I first arrived to the facility, the staff was absolutely rude, it was appalling. then, the clerk at the Front Desk told us that we would have to pay a deposit, which was acceptable, it was expected. However, she then asked for my credit card after I already made a reservation online. I didn’t understand, and she didn’t elaborate. Then, I had my friend try to come in to use the restroom before they had to go to work. They were in here for less than 10 minutes. She made him pay $10 to even enter the hotel, and when he informed her he was just using the restroom, she replied “”well, go somewhere else.’’’ I was very disappointed in the customer service. I am a smoker, and when I went outside to smoke a cigarette, (I requested a smoking room, said there was none available supposedly.) and when I tried to re-enter the building, my card wouldn’t even work to open the door! I had to walk through the lobby and go all the way around the hotel. Working in customer service myself, the main priority is the customer’s satisfaction. And right now, I can openly say I Am Not Satisfied. (P.S. The light fixtures in my room didn’t even have a lightbulb!!)
