Good place to stop on a trip. No ethanol 91 and 87 with ethanol, no midgrade like other states. Inside was clean and well lit with lots of products to choose fŕom. Great selection of coffee and the doughnuts looked fresh.

Polite courteous staff clean restrooms. Limited parking for trucks 30 minutes only no overnight parking. But the food is what you expect from a Kum & Go which is why I come to these smaller truck stops that food is worth it.

I like going to Casey's most of the time. This Casey's is different from other The ones that I see. I don't really have any complaints about it. The bathrooms can be cleaned up a little bit, but nothing besides that. The service was really nice.

Pretty good food/drink selection​, I like the breakfast sandwiches and blueberry muffins. Only 4 or 5 truck parking spaces. Cashiers are nice too!

Used to stop at this Kum & Go because they would turn on the truck diesel pumps for you before paying. I do this so I can avoid the sinkholes that are Pilot's and TA's where the lifetime truckers go and fueling becomes a half hour congressional operation. But they switched to prepaying. So I don't want to spend a half hour walking between the truck area and pumps trying to guess the right fuel amount. Will be taking my 150 gallon a week business elsewhere.I guess he occasional and rare $30 car drive off that's usually caught by police is worth losing truck business.

Stopped by during a long trip Sunday midday and was so impressed I had to come home and give them praise. Bathroom was clean and the staff was great. Two female employees were friendly, enthusiastic and helpful to me and others, even asking me to try the fountain drink taste since it was recently changed. Hang on to your good help, it has been hard to find.

Great experience! Amazing food and decent restrooms. Trash wasn't over flowing in any trash can and the parking lot was clean. Only complaint is I was told to smile by an employee honestly just a personal pet peve. Everyone was very polite to deal with.

They have amazing service! Funny staff and hard working! My family got sandwiches from them and they were amazing! I recommend coming here! They need a better rating!!

I didn't go inside, so I cannot couch for the store or it's personnel. It is one of the few places around to get non-ethanol gasoline.One bad note. The fluid in the windshield washing tub smelled awful. I imagine it was last changed in 1901.

Great looking place. Although this Kum & Go is always a disappointment. I was hungry and the food options were very slim. Had 1 slice of pizza with non in the oven not prepping. Food warming had burgers but everything was empty. The buy two specials - nope, only one. All the food looked very old. I ended up with the last slice and was not the pizza I’m use to from Kum & Go. There was two staff members. They looked pretty young. They were talking the entire time. This all occurred around 5pm so you would think there would had been options. Just do you a favor and go across the street to Casey’s. It’s just as nice and food is fresh. Casey’s was evening asking me if I would like anything for them to make.Kum & Go... take notes.

The on duty manager Lawrence, " stand up guy"! I Forgot some items I paid for he shuffled them out to my truck for me, can't say that I've ever had that happen. They weren't real busy at th time of the night so he allowed me to park for as long as I needed, I went back inside to thank him for his hospitality he bought me a fountain drink ... Then turned right back to his work by convincing me to get a fuel card! Store in restrooms were clean again thanks.

Stopped here while traveling trough Iowa, the coffee is very good and they a small kitchen where you can order food, loved the hummus falafel plate. The banana with Nutella sandwich it’s a must!!

Misleading consumers on fuel prices. Stopped through on my way home, Aug 11, 2022, and the big LED sign advertised a fuel price that matched the Casey's across the street. However, Kum & Go was charging 20 cents per gallon higher at the pump. Pulled across the street, and Casey's pricing was as advertised on signage. Disgraceful.

Worst Kum & Go I've ever been in. My husband and I pass through here often on our way to Des Moines for work but won't be stopping again. The customer service is the worst I think we've ever experienced. They will stand behind the counter, right in front of you, and have a conversation without even acknowledging you. Then act personally offended when you ask for service. The service was horrible with the previous manager and we were hopeful it would improve when he was removed but I guess not.

Gal behind the counter be super snobby. Coffee cold, refuses to make any more. No paper in the bathroom. If I could give this gal a negative stars it would be a negitive five. I drive truck for a living so when I stop for coffee I want coffee hot black coffee. This post for visit on 6-26-2017 at 11:55pm. Management should really rethink their help. I spend about $1000 a week at this store. First time I seen this lady. Normally here alot earlier in the day.

Horrible place. Bathrooms were messy, the one clerk had super blood shot eyes and when he walked he stumbled like he was intoxicated. Multiple candy products had already been opened and the place gave me some creepy vibes. The one clerk kept staring at me with a nervous look too. Place is weird. I won't be stopthereping ever again.

The guy at the register was very polite, patient and helpful. I had to go inside to prepay. I hate that. Never done it before, don't know the steps. But the guy was great, excellent customer service.

Nice and clean place, no overnight parking for big rigs, if you park for more than the 30 min. Limit there is one cop watching you, believe me they enforce that.

My friend and I travel from Omaha to Des Moines very frequently and have made this gas station a reaccuring stop every time we head home and it's all because of a wonderful woman named Elayne. Let me tell you about our modern day hero. A few weeks ago, 4am, my friend and I were exhausted and my car wouldn't start. Elayne, without complaint or attitude leant a helping hand and got us on our way. After a small reunion tonight, I had to give this woman some recognition. Same welcoming smile I remember and once again, one cranky woman with quite the drive ahead of her left smiling. Thank you Elayne. The world would be a brighter place with more people like you.

For about 2 years ago all time when i driving the Multigrup company truck in I 80 IOVA i am so heppy to stop at anny location KUM&GO ...evrywhere is so clean place and restrom to...can bay good drinking water ...the susage...hot dog is true meet...fresh and good price...very impartant...the caffe...it is so good caffe from the "Interstate"... the parking spots is so clean and light evrywhere...i wish to find KUM&GO in anny U. States...thank you for good bussines and good service...!!!...Go farrway...!!!
