Very clean location unlike most other locations I've been to. Shelves neatly stocked unlike most other locations, easy to find items I needed for 1st time being there unlike other stores that I had to visit. Most other locations are dirty, unorganized, and and no employees like to help without an attitude.

I was the Team Lead of meat and produce. I put in a leave of absence after I was cornered from a female employee. I did not feel comfortable working with this female. Any and all concerns you have will not be addressed. The pay well the store makes about 300k to 500k a day then pays the employees nothing. Do the employees get paid holidays nope. I personally was threatened by upper management on the phone on two separate occasions. Then fired and banned from all wal marts for life… For shopping minding my business. Horrible company and treat people so badly!

We went and purchased many items, including a 75-inch TV.The electronics guy was very helpful in getting us rang up. He got us a huge cart to handle the TV, then he took off all of the security tags and such.All was great until we reached the front door, we had 2 carts, and we were on our way thru the doors when we were practically tackled and accused of stealing the TV. I was very close to demanding a refund for the $900 we had just spent. But since this was all captured on video, we will be having our attorneys handle this matter.If you are considering purchasing a large item, I would suggest you specifically ask the store manager to walk you out to your car to avoid being called a thief!Unacceptable behavior, Walmart!You get very low scores on todays visit.Jim

I do not like to give money to this chain! I wish the healthy food cards were not for this store. That is so unfair to other stores that I can shop at cheaper. But, they do not accept the card. Not sure how this chain got their nose in the insurance business. I HATE ALL WALMART STORES! Wish I didn't have to go there. They have managed to take over so much.

I worked at this Walmart. I miss my customers. Some of my Co-workers are still there and still working hard for the customers. I can usually find what I'm looking for, but not always. They're trying to get back to the way it was before the pandemic. Which would be nice! The store was clean and orderly for having a bad storm go through the night before and having the power knocked out for 3 hours.

The walmart supercenter in oskaloosa, iowa, is one of the dirtiest stores i've ever shopped in!! For as many employees as they have wandering the store, it should be much cleaner!!

This Walmart has a nice selection of items. The only downside is some of the employees. There are 2 old women that stand at the door checking receipts that either need to work in a different department away from the customers or fix their rude attitudes withpaying customers.

It's a little outdated by Walmart standards, but the staff are helpful and friendly and the store is clean and orderly.Update 2024: Auto dept is understaffed and the store is cluttered. It doesn't look like they're hiring well anymore. I go to Hy-Vee now.

So tired of waiting in line at self checkout for 20 minutes while multiple employees stand by watching instead of opening up more registers. Can not use checks at self checkout and half the time can’t use cash. No registers open for people who don’t want to or can’t use self checkout. Half the products on shelf’s have no price tags and outside of asking an employee ( if you can find one) there is no way to know the price.

Too many self checkout, not enough staff at registers, we left our cart and walked out empty handed!!! Great customer service, not a soul acknowledged our presence. No wonder I don't shop at Walmart

I asked a TLE female employee (heavy set brunette) if there was any tubes of grease in the system, as she was stalking the shelf. she had a rude attitude like I was the hundredth person to ask her to do her job. I quit shopping and left the store.

Needed a key made, after hours of car service dept being closed. Checker called for help. A very industerious young man checked and checked to find a match and we agreed it should work. What he selected worked perfect on my little lock box.Thanks so much for employees who go the extra mile!🤗

Better than most Wal-Marts I've been to. Note, that bar has been set pretty low by several other Wal-Marts. Less waiting in line but they didn't have everything I came for. I give them props that their garden section had more garden/lawn stuff than most. By that I mean lawn/garden hasn't been completely consumed by seasonal decorations and grilling supplies like I've seen at other Wal-Marts. One last thing, bring the 4x4 truck to navigate the potholes in the parking lot path along the end of the rows. I was a little worried about my car if I didn't choose the right line through the obstacle course.

Lots of parking. Friendly & helpful staff. We are just passing through & wanted to buy souvenirs, but they only had the university items which we didn't want. But we ended up getting really nice & soft sleep clothes for really reasonable pricing. So it was still a win to me.

This is a nice Walmart Supercenter! I called and asked the manager if they allow truck parking and he said yes. I love Iowa! I hope no dirty truckers ever come here and ruin it for those of us who appreciate the parking. People here are very nice!!!
