When you make a reservation for your pet, they require a 50% deposit. I recently booked a stay for my dog, but later had to cancel the trip. When I asked for a refund of my $125 deposit, I was told they don't refund deposits. They save them as a credit for the next time you use their service. I don't have a reason to use their service in the future, so I'm out $125. This policy is not listed on their website or Facebook site, nor was it told to me in any other way. I was told there's a sign in all their buildings about that policy. That's fine if they require you to make a reservation in person. But if you make the reservation online, by email, or through Facebook, there is no way of knowing about the policy. They don't have you sign a contract. I would definitely not recommend them to anybody who's plans may be interrupted.

The ability to schedule multiple grooming visits up to a year in advance is great. They always do a great job.
