This store is FAMOUS for never having a mobility scooter available for use. EVERY time I transport patients to this store, to do their grocery shopping, we must wait for at least 20-45 minutes for one to become available. Management has been told this NUMEROUS times, but couldnt care less. I am currently awaiting a reply from AARP and the Office for Civil Rights for possible discrimination to the disabled and violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. In conclusion, if you require mobility assistance, go to any other town but Osceola. None of the stores in this area have an adequate amount of mobility assistance available to the disabled.***UPDATE***As with keeping with the my review three months ago, this store continues to discriminate against the mobility challenged. They have further reduced the amount of mobility scooters to only two. It’s obvious this store doesn’t care about the disabled, and their staff & management are as worthless as they treat the disabled.

Did a little grocery shopping at Wal-Mart this afternoon. The lay out of the store made it easy to get around and get everything (and more) I was wanting to buy. The store was clean and tidy. The staff was plentiful and very helpful. I will be going back to shop. Enjoy your day/even.

My complaints are generally due to the lack of people in stores. Technology is a good thing but people need jobs and customers need assistance, questions answered, and to feel as if there’s a human element.

Tao the pharmacist was amazing. She spoke with the Dr office about what would be good medication since insurance wouldn't cover what the Dr sent over.

For almost two years now I've been coming to this Walmart. I have a terminal medical condition that I need to use a motorized cart. From the very first time I came here for my meds which I pick up here constantly. The front door lady Karen has openly harassed me followed me around the store left registers when I leave the store. I have mentioned this to many different employees and managers. Other employees have witnessed her do this over and over again. No one does anything about it. It is not her right to assume because I'm younger 44 I shouldn't be allowed to use your services. If she keeps harassing me following me etc. It is disability abuse and after almost two years it's enough.

Lately there have been so many checkers available to help minimize the wait time to check out. I appreciate not having to wait in a huge line! Thank you for having so many registers open so we can check out so much faster.

Welllll the check out lanes are always only 2 or 3 when u need them to have more open. They don't have self check out. They don't have a good selection of clothes or shoes and they've added $2 to the price of their store brand flavored carbonated water in the past 2 years. They do have essentials sometimes, but they've been out of the paper towels I normally but, every time I go in. But there's a spot for it. Clearly someone is not ordering inventory like they should, because they stock the bigger packages just fine, so it's not a supply thing. There's no tire center and the sporting goods section needs work. Overall not the best Walmart. However it's a Walmart in a growing town, so you'd think they'd grow with it...

I end up stopping here about once a week and the store is fine it's reasonably well kept. They often have clearance items that have sold out already in Des Moines.The issue usually ends up being that there aren't enough people to check you out so it's a long wait for 18 to 20 customers to get through to registers. I really, really wish this location would get a scan and go and/or self checkout setup. It would take a lot of pressure off of the cashiers and I prefer to do scan and go anyway.

This Walmart has the choice at check out. You can go thru the traditional check out process with an associate ringing all your purchases up or you can choose self checkout. I prefer the traditional method and they always have plenty of lines open!

There was no wait when I returned my jeans to get a different pair at the help desk and the gentleman was incredibly fast getting my transaction done. They also had my hard to find size and Levi's. Check out was quicker also. I talked to at least three employees and they were all happy smiling and willing to help. It was a good Walmart.

One of best Walmarts I've been to, I'm a OTR truck driver they let us park there overnight. Great staff, friendly, helpful. To other fellow drivers sometimes it's rare to find this nice treatment don't ruin it for others. Take your trash with you or throw it away in trash cans, keep your spot clean. Thank You to this walmart

I shop here quite frequently with my family. After a double charge incident I will not be shopping at this location anymore. The lack of assistance on this stores part is really discouraging. My bank said it was a store issue. 1-800- walmart said it was a store issue. The store said they couldn't help me. I had to go and contact shazam to get the charge disputed.

So friendly and was a great stop to get groceries. We drive Semi and this has been the best Walmart stop we have came to. Thank you to the employees
