I like this hotel it’s quiet and clean! TI was a little upset over the fact that the person checking me in would not match the online price even if I showed him that’s the first time a hotel has told me that they can’t match that price. But other than that I can’t say I wasn’t happy. Maybe next time I stay I can make it to breakfast! HahaRooms: Very cleanWalkability: Casey’s is next door real nice!

This place had the last available room in the area and when we showed up, nobody was at the desk. I called the operator per the instructions on the desk and they said they’d be out in a few minutes. I ended up waiting for literally 10 minutes for somebody to come from the other side of the hotel in his pajamas. Terrible customer service.

The rooms had a smell. Not as much as others as I have stayed at in the past. In the first room the TV did not work and he said they would have someone fix it the next day. I asked to be moved to another room. The TV in the second room didn’t work either. I was able to troubleshoot the problem.You will hear the train all hours of the night. The people are nice and courteous.You will get pestered by text messages from them to rate them. They will come in at 7 AM CST.

We will never stay there again!We were on our motorcycles, and had gone thru heavy rain.When we checked in we had to wait for someone to come. She was not friendly at all.When I check for my rewards on the receipt she said we booked thru a third party, we had not we called the hotel directly and talked to someone. We finally got the rewards.The carpet was awful to stand on, it was sticky & felt wet.

Overall, I was pleased. I was traveling with my young child and felt safe coming in here. The room was comfortable, nothing fancy but I prefer that. Staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was mid, but a few snacks you could take for when you hot the road. Close to food; mcdonalds, Taco bell, KFC, pizza hut. As well as a few gas stations. Very quiet small town feel. If I needed to stop on a trip up north again, I would be happy to stay here.Rooms: The carpet was a bit sticky to bottom feet. I chalked this up to a preservative cleaner perhaps. The king bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the microwave and mini fridge.Safety: I am always cautious when traveling but I will say this hotel felt to be in a decently safe area. I did not notice any sketchy characters or such. Thankfully we were on the second floor so I felt even better.Food & drinks: They provided orangeand cranberry juice for breakfast as well as coffee. The only fresh hot item available for breakfast would be the waffles. They also provided cereal, bagels with cream cheese, breakfast muffins, bread for pb&j, cold hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

This is the cleanest super eight I've ever been to they have a very nice breakfast The sheets are very clean the room does not stink The front desk people are very friendly. usually when I go into a super 8 I dread it cause I had very bad experiences with cleanliness , but this is by far the best one I've ever been to. I would definitely come back again. it's a bang for your buck

Friendliness and Helpfulness of staff, cleanliness, colors and other aspects of the decor, and Quality and flavor of food menu items offered, were all highlights!!!Rooms: Colors of the decor are wonderfully pleasing, welcoming, restful and warm - as well as being professional - including the carpeting, furniture (authentic wood), paint, wallpaper, pictures, and the like!!!Food & drinks: Quality of breakfast food offered was notably impressive!!Rare treats included hard boiled eggs, and a variety of muffins, including blueberry!The cereals also had an unusually wonderful flavor.Noteworthy details: Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was positively impactful, memorable and refreshingly appreciated!!!

When we got into our room my husband said there was a dirty washing hanging on the shower rod. I told him to throw it on the floor. Then he got in the shower, the water barely came out, he said it didn't feel Ike he git the soap washed off. My feet were tired after wearing tshoes fir 10 hrs so I took them off and walked around for 20-30 mins. Then when I got into shower the wet shower floor turned all black and gross. I told my husband that the carpet was disgusting and try not to walk on it. After bathing I laid all the towels in the floor so we could walk around without getting black feet again. We will not stay here again. Yes the room looked clean, the beds were comfortable, but I'm not going to bed with soap still in my hair cause the water pressure was so bad, and floors so yucky...ugh!!Rooms: Our eindiw view was 20 ft from another hotel

We had a smoking room. When we entered the section for the rooms there was a heavy smoke smell, but upon entering our room there was no smoke smell.Rooms: Our room was clean and very inviting.

Our tv didn’t work asked the front desk clerk to help. He couldn’t get it to work. Said we had to wait for his manager to return as he was traveling. Well if he’s traveling the tv wasn’t getting fixed. The front desk clerk wanted us to stay in the room without a tv. Asked for new room. Clerk said he would check. Waiting for the clerk to contact us. After 15 minutes I went to check the status.Clerk was just sitting in his chair doing nothing. Again asked for a new room finally got one.Confusing on where hotel was located as its sign was near another hotel.On the positive note rooms are clean. Continental breakfast was average.If we get back that way we will still stay here. It’s frustrating when you drive several hours and you just want to relax and watch tv.

Room was very rundown. There were holes in the sheets and one of the lights didn’t work. I had to go back 3 times because the key cards they gave me wouldn’t work. There was a huge gap when the door shut that let a lot of light in and someone could have easily pushed the door open. Breakfast was stale and looked to be sitting out for a week.
