Shower room was not clean. Had good pressure and hot water. Soap dispenser was empty but I use my own bar soap anyway. Sink has toothpaste in it. Floor had footprints. My sandals are slick and smooth and we’re only tracking a bit of water from the snow outside. Parking lot had maybe 6” of snow and getting around was difficult. They don’t use snow plows???

It is one of the cleanest, most friendly places I've been to. Well maintained. It's small but really good. Tight parking at entrance and reserve parking just over $18 with tax. 🚿 was spotless, water pressure low, hot water not hot and cuts in / out. No hot breakfast sandwiches a.d Subway opens late at 9am.

I was here 2 times in the last 5 days but all that time showers doesn't work !!! Looks like nobody wants to fix it so quickly! Everything is dirty . Doors in the restroom cabin is broken, no hooks to hang clothes Thinking about to delete this stop from my GPS......

Average pilot. Staff was friendly. Lot seemed clean enough and well lit. More stars if they had better food options. At least the pizza was fresh. Pulled in at 19:00 on a Thursday and there were still quite a few spaces. Lots of trucks at the casino down the road too. They have beer.

Don’t bother stopping. The subway is gone and they don’t have any food worth eating. Literally any other truck stop on 35 is a better stop.

Slow pumps, unclean showers and the only hot food this place had was pizza. The soups were gone. The roller grills had one hot dog. They took the Subway out in Feb.

Truckers: Avoid. Card readers at pumps don't work, pumps are horrendously slow and stop randomly. Has been this way for months now and they refuse to fix anything. Used to be a good truck stop I frequented, not anymore.

A not so typical Pilot. This location has dedicated RV pumps and a large lot with separate diesel pumps for semis with their own entrance.All auto gas pump islands have diesel as well. Pumps and surrounding concrete are dirty and greasy.Whole place needs a good cleaning. Men's bathroom wasn't too bad, but toilets obviously haven't been wiped down in some time.Masks are required per signs on door but staff not wearing them.Location has a Subway inside as well.We didn't eat here, so I won't review it.

Sink in shower had toothpaste all over it!!! 🤮buuut the water pressure was good which is a real problem at most pilots 🙄(I’m a truckers wife) generally like pilots other than they have very few diary free hot food items which sux but I’m sure we’ll be back lol

Not the cleanest Pilot I've been to, the bathroom was a disaster... All of the coffee pots were empty at 5pm.. They have a Subway and CAT Scale. The employees were really friendly and helpful. Nice big parking lot, and there is a casino next door for real food/buffet.

Worst pilot travel center in the USA, during black ice and dangerous road ways. There Parking lot was a disaster, full of snow and icy, they didn't pay there bill or something.. plus the young lady at 1953 pm on January 9th, needs to be trained properly in how by state law there supposed to provide a safe haven for truckers during bad weather conditions.. corporate needs to fix this place and educate and do an extensive background check on employees... Without truck driver's equals no job.. Boycott this place..

The nastiest shower I ever had from pilot. He didn’t mop the floor which was noticeable because the shower was still wet. There was still soap left over from the last guy. I’m hoping was just black fuzz all over. I also found little hairs everywhere. I did talk to the manager about it and she kind of just blew me off and said “Well we are going thru a renovation right now so you have to be patient with us”. My question is what does the renovation have to do with the cleanliness of the shower. The guy that was supposed to be cleaning the showers was standing at the register talking with the other employees which is where he was when I first came in.

Safe bet for parking, no need to reserve. You don't know what you don't know and all I knew was that I would be out of hours when I got here. But, no need to worry. You'll have a spot. No need to reserve one in route.

We can Im at the end of the night and Ricky was so kind and offered to make us pizzas to take to the hotel. He was so friendly and the pizzas were phenomenal. Hooked us up with ranch too! Top notch experience all cause of him! 😁

This Pilot was a well-maintained one with good showers, full coffee pots, nice employees, etc. Basically what I've come to expect from them. It is located in a unique location. There is a small casino and campgrounds in the distance and unlike most, you can actually walk there from the truck stop. It's not obvious, but there is a trail from behind the Pilot that connects the two. That is what the pic is showing (it was night , but you get the idea!)

Decent parking, inside staff looks at you as if you’re up to something suspicious.The subway doesn’t have any meat.With the meat they do have, they skimp on your sandwiches serving, so mainly you’re paying FULL price for mostly bread & vegetables.No point in going on about Flying J’s/Pilot - they have been going steadily downhill on customer service & quality for the last decade or so.

Good place, has a Subway, convenience store items and drinks, showers and laundry (even though most of the machines were out of order, as of 9/18/19), medium size truck lot (rows are close together, can be difficult to back/pull out around fellow trucks. Friendly staff, especially clerk #519 and the maintenance guy, who helped me with washer #4.

No employees wearing masks. Every customer was, but not one employee. I confronted them, claimed a medical reason, there is none. The blonde followed me out to take my picture like a true professional. Be ignorant on your own time!!!

Tho small in size compared to most truck stops and travel centers. This particular Pilot has great people with big hearts. To make it short I had an issue that was making things difficult for me. Every single member of the staff was there and supportive of the problem until it was resoved. This was not a problem created by the staff or Pilot and they had no requirement whatsoever to do the things they did to help.

All in all, the truck parking is tight to get into, I worry someone is going to hit my truck whenever I'm here, nevertheless the store is clean with good service no complaints regarding there help

*NOTE TO ALL BLACK TRUCKERS: This Pilot appears to have a racism problem.*It seems employees here like to refer to Black people as 'drug dealers' and laugh as if everyone is in in the joke.My brother was under a load and stopped here for the night. Two separate times he was called a 'drug dealer' by staff and the interactions left him feeling unsafe.Is that how Pilot wants Black people to feel when they visit?

Pizza was great. Most of the employees were incredibly friendly. My praise ends here. The trash spewed all over the parking lot and trash cans overflowing is a detrimental eyesore to this location. Pallets of old cooking oil and trash strewn about just behind the store adds to it. In general, the facility surroundings has a blighted appearance. The shower was relatively clean, but there was some fecal remnants on the seat.
