The checkers are still live people. There is self checkout if you choose. But not like Wal-Mart where there's no choice!! The girls were lively and helped me out. Perfect job Fareway!

Shopped there today 5/23/2022 , got up to the register and was told lady could check me out in another line, so I left my place in that line I was in only to find that she called me over to a self checkout which I hate, but she said she would help. So she helps me Svan everything and pay then I realized that a 2.00 coupon off the top of a bakery item hadn't been used and I asked if that could be made right and I was told no. Then I ended up bussing my own cart. If this is the way it is going to be customer service wise then I will spend my money elsewhere.
