Be prepared to get your 10hr reset or use PC to drive out of the this location when you picking up a live load or live unload.I had to wait in front of my trailer at dock #29 for 15hrs before I could get back on the road.Shipping office keep telling me stories that they are almost done which obviously was a lie and they keep repeating the same thing to other drivers. None of them will actually tell you the truth or even be reasonable enough to give you an estimate loading or unloading time.A terrible place to be…

These guys were great, security, yard guy and shipping office. 7 m appointment, in a door by 6:30, loaded and out by 8:30. Not sure about the others, but this is a positive!

If there was a zero star, I would give it to them. My appointment was at one o'clock, I checked in at eleven o'clock. The door was given to me immediately. But now it has been more than fourteen hours,horrible place and even more horrible are the workers who work here😡😡😡

People are super friendly... But.. I'm waiting on a load, they have two whole entire pallets to put on it, it's going to Texas. I've tried several times to call to see if it's ready but they will not answer the phones. I gotta keep turning my clock on to go check... Noon was my scheduled time off pick up, it's now after 3 pm.. gotta be in Texas in less than two days.. We'll see how this goes I suppose.. Not the fastest... The phones should be answered so we can check on our loads.. it seems disorganized in the shipping office, very chaotic

Freymiller driver here, we get to drop and hook trailer loads if the product is there and everything is loaded. When you check in, regardless of who you drive for, ask them about which phone line is working and what the number is.

1 star Because app doesn’t have 0 star. So lazy workers, check in was before 10am, and on 6 pm didn’t get a door. Couple times I came to the office. She told me, sorry we don’t have available door. (See pictures) Really?!?!?!? After unloading surprise!!!! I see this hole on my trailer. I asked to call the general manager, and the person who unloaded the trailer for me. they began to talk among themselves and said that he is at the meeting. and who unloaded ur trailer we do not know. When asked when the meeting would end, they answered maybe in an hour or maybe in 24. I call 911

The worst place to load is this one, I've been at the door for 4 hours and they still haven't finished, they're very slow, they don't know what we have to screw around driving to get to our deliveries on time, they're very irresponsible, they should have better staff for this place, here it's good for rest while they carry you, you have more time to sleep

Check in was good. Been here 2 1/2 hours so far and I'm the only truck but nobody has touched my load yet. They could at least turn the red light on to make me feel good.

I read couple of reviews about this place and my thoughts were eeh some angry drivers who are not patient, but it is true every one of it,this place sucks,avoid it by any meansChecked in 1:06 door given immediately, now is 19:15 still on the door not loaded,seriously avoid this place like a plague, this is not how you do business

The other reviews are correct. You will waste your time here. Whatever you’re being paid to run this load, make sure that it’s absolutely worth it. These people are inefficient and slow.

I arrived here at 11:41 AM and they had given me a door at 12:47pm while my reefer trailer doors were opening, its could cause the a damaged or problem with product inside trailer for being open for too many hours , right now 5 hours went by I don't know when they will unloaded my trailer, I'm keeping eye on my trailer fuel when it is going to be empty or close to the warning I will let my insurance know what happened and I will turned off my reefer unit period. If your are a owner operator, please don't bring the load to any DHL, it is a bad entity for your business they will pin you down and not respect your time to move forward, it is a terrible company

1 star is way to many for this place. Booked load for 40,000 lbs they put on 45,875. Told them I can't pull that. Was told to get a scale ticket so they can rework. Got the scale ticket, got reworked and they still messed up. Will never be back here again. This place needs new management or just needs to shut down

Avoid this place at all cost or bring enough food and water to last a day or two. Absolutely ridiculous. Lazy, lying personnel. Praying to God to never come back here.

Avoid this place at all cost!! Checked in at 19:00 with a 20:00 appointment, got a dock at 22:00 after waiting for the trailer that was at my assigned dock to be moved when they had a dock on each side of mine available. It is now 4:16 AM I’ve been loaded, reworked, unloaded, and loaded again and still not done!! I might just get my 34 HR reset here. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

My husband and I drive team, and we arrived to find out our load was canceled. The guard was super nice but the ladies inside were rude...very rude. We will NEVER come back!

Well so far, all the other people who have been here before me were correct about the loading. I've been on a door for 1.5 hours now and I'm the only one here. Was told at check in they have everything ready just need to load..... well how about getting me loaded then??? Broker told me to come in early this morning and not to worry about it. My fault I listened to him. Avoid this place like the plage!!

Pick up appointment at 7 pm , in a door at 9 am , out the gate at 12 pm.Cat scale right at US 34 , check your weight , good to go.Place is full of trailers but plenty of room to back in .

I would love to be able to give negative stars… showed up at 1430 to pick up a “Preloaded Trailer” that was supposed to be ready by 1300. At 0230, I am still waiting in a dock to get loaded. NEVER AGAIN will I accept a load here.
