I have been a "regular" for close to six years now. The store selection is always outstanding along with very fair/competitive pricing for most items. The isles are clearly marked and most items are easy to find. On the rare occasion when I am unable to locate what I am looking for the staff is quick to help.

Great selection. Prices are slightly high, but that's to be expected in small towns like this. Very convenient place to go if you don't want to travel for a few things.

Bought a pair of carhart boots and returned it for different size. 10 weeks have gone by and have stopped several times. The last time just wanted my money returned, so far the store has refused to return my money and I still have no boots.

Not a good place to shop if you're doing anything maintenance wise, they only keep the bare minimum in stock and wait until the hooks are empty to reorder. Customer service lacks professionalism in all departments.

Easy access. Right along the east end of Main Street in Osage. Most all of your hardware needs. They also have kerosene for sale. A small greenhouse in the Spring for your basic gardening.
