I wouldn't even give this store a one-star review but that was my only option. I don't know what happened to the good employedd they had 3 months ago but this store is ridiculous now. I just left there with two employees walking around doing nothing and the self-checkout backed up! This store is going downhill fast!

Dollar general upper management needs to get their act together and help this store, either find a place for their carts or give the clerks time to stock shelves. This place is a disaster and a fire hazard. Blocked isles totally with carts. What’s the use of having a yellow cart if you can’t even push it around?

Dollar general is such a nice little store. The manager is super helpful. The staff always knows how to help you when you have a problem. This isn't our hometown Dollar general but this is our preferred Dollar general and one that we enjoy shopping at. when you find a good Dollar general you need to stick with it because who knows when you're ever going to find another one You know what I'm saying! Amen. Another good Dollar general is the one in Charles City Iowa They are usually always stocked with all the necessities. Right now in this time I need we always need to make sure that we have our necessities. Kudos to Dollar general!

Good service and friendly employees but not much selection. Some apparel is stored poorly and the store could be cleaner. Hopefully things will be better once they move to the new building.

The staff is really nice and personable. They can almost sense if you need help and will find you. But the building is a wreck. Totes in the aisles remedying a dripping ceiling, for example.

The check out lane takes awhile only one clerk. line backed up finally paged another clerk that's how it is every time I go they shouldn't wait til there's a long line after about 3 they should call for more help instead of waiting til customers are aggravated other then that it's good

I don't know how many times having dollar general in town has been a life saver for my Family and I. The selection is always great along with low pricing and great customer service. The staff on several occasions have gone out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

This store was chaotic, messy, unorganized, aisles were blocked with merchandise yay hadn't been stocked. The staff was nice and courteous, but even with 2 cashiers, the check out line want moving very fast.

love my hometown Dollar General. Big complaint is how tight the isles are. I understand utilizing space wisely. But when customer can't by each other. that's a problem.

Nighttime people are okay there is a couple of daytime people extremely rude I had went in for one small item was out pretty quick so they're on top of what they're doing for the most of it

I go there whenever I'm in Osage to buy the essentials plus a few non essentials the manager is always nice whenever I go in.
