I am a breeder and have used Revival for 10 years for all of my vaccines, wormers, puppy and adult needs from breeding to end of life and have never been happier. Great customer service and great products with reasonable prices. Also love their educational video's and journals.

I ordered vaccine from them three days ago for a litter of puppies, they never sent the vaccine. I got an email LAST night at 9:30pm saying there were problems w my card (lie). So I called today and they told me they held the order because I didn’t answer the phone. Firstly what does me not answering my phone have to do w my card and secondly why are you calling me? Charge the card and send my order like you are supposed to. They never shipped the vaccine, apparently tried to call me, finally sent me an email two days after I placed my order, and then charged my card this morning three days later after I had placed my order..... this is extremely bad business practices and I gave them permission to charge my card three days ago when I placed my order NOT three days later when the vaccine should have already been here.If they aren’t going to ship my order the day I gave them permission to do so and ordered it and charge me the over night shipping three days later then just don’t, I NEEDED those vaccines for those puppies, and ordered three days ahead, payed over night shipping, and my card was charged this A.m. but guess who doesn’t have their vaccines.ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS order from Jeffers. This company is fraudulent and will absolutely charge you for orders and not ship them. They have done it to me, and every breeder or puppy owner I know who has ever ordered from them.I can personally count at least 10 people I know of this company doing that to.Why are you even calling me? Charge the card, it goes through, send the friggin vaccine..... how hard is that. I have never never had problems like this w Jeffers or ANY other company for that matter.

I've been ordering from Revival for years and have always been satisfied with their service and products. Recently one of my dogs has been prescribed meds that he needs to take on a regular basis. They've been prompt in contacting the vet for refills, as well as shipping the meds out. Online chat is just as easy as calling. Rare to find such great service.

Usually great but I ordered a product and meant to purchase two. I called right after placing the order and the status said "pending." I was told it was to late, I can not cancel or add to the order so I needed to pay to ship it back or pay additional shipping and place a second order. If the purchase is FINAL they should say so. If it says PENDING on my end then they should allow me to make changes. Its frustrating that I have to pay shipping twice for the same order placed within hours of each other. Especially when shipping costs almost 1/2 the cost of the product I am buying!

I've used revival once with a positive experience, second time around, horrible. Placed and order THURSDAY MORNING, never received a shipping confirmation until MONDAY EVENING. Because of their screw up, I had to go elsewhere for vaccines. When I called to cancel my order, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and gave me an attitude over THEIR problem. I will NEVER use Revival again.

I call in to place my order. Then go pickup my order. They have it waiting for me. And even helped me get it to the pickup. Very knowledgeable employees work there and are very helpful!I got my dogs a big box of knee cap bones. And a big box of cow Hooves. A bottle of prebiotics and probiotics. A gallon of liquid pet vitamins. For Animal health they have what you need.

Highly recommend them. If you are not happy about something call and talk to a pet care member. I will get all my dog supplies through them.
