While the staff and facilities are top notch so are the prices!!! I asked for soonest available and they considered it an emergency appointment even though it was during normal business hours, I was not aware of this until after I arrived. Just walking in the door cost me $75. I left with an opinion. No medicine or tests or anything. I just checked the price of a cat neuter and it was $100 more than the other local vets.

I used there clinic for my cat. I no longer use them even though they are a good clinic. They kept sending me reminders in my ex wife's name. She has never been there nor had she been involved with the cat's care at all. I am not certain where they got her name seems creepy to me but I have since switched vets.

Excellent service at this clinic, they are all very pleasant people! They squeezed us into their operation schedule for a neutering to accommodate a tight window that will allow us to board our dog for a family vacation over seas when they didn’t have to. Great option, would recommend to friends and family any day!

I’ve had my dog boarded here multiple times. Unfortunately they tend to leave behind at least one thing of importance. It was his food dish before, they left his toys behind. This time, all of his tags were missing from his collar. If they aren’t paying attention to my dog, what else aren’t they paying attention to? Their $10 a day boarding fee attracted me at first. However, our last visit turned from $20 to $80 fast. They like to suggest services but not give full disclosure on what those services cost. It may be more expensive to go somewhere else, but at least the competition does have a hidden fee around every corner.

I absolutely adore the clinic aspect to this business all of my pets have been treated here which is why when my normal go to people went out of town I decided to try the clinics boarding. It's taken me a couple days to decide to review the boarding. I left my dog there Saturday morning and picked her up on Sunday night. She was cut up, dehydrated, her food and water was mashed into her bed. I'm so grateful I didnt leave her there for a week because I feel like she would have had serious complications. When we got her home we were filling her water bowl every couple minutes. I'm not sure if it's just because it was the weekend. I understand the website says its low involvement boarding but I think when I board my dog her water bowl should remain filled. The vet clinic is amazing and I'm going to continue using their services just not for boarding.

Love everyone at this place! We take our 3 dogs there for everything that a vet would need to do. The small animal vet and techs obvious love animals and are in this business for the right reasons. They immediately healed a chronic ear infection that one of our dogs had battled for years and with no relief from 2 other vets.We recently had to put our 13 year old bichon to sleep, and I was beyond impressed with their level of professionalism and compassion. They cleared the office during that time so that our family could say our goodbyes and grieve privately. Our beloved pet crossed the rainbow bridge surrounded by all of his humans and did so VERY peacefully. They also sent a sympathy card about a week later.They have our business forever, assuming that they don’t continue to raise their prices. Since the OC office merged with Pipestone, I feel like their prices have pretty much doubled.

Me and my husband brought our kitten here to get declawed. They gave him too much anesthesia and he didn’t make it (this happens VERY rarely and they admitted it has happened before). They were VERY insensitive and still wanted us to pay for the anesthesia. They were annoyed when we called for questions about cremation, getting his collar etc. Please do not bring your pets here 😭
