This was our first experience at Elegance and it was nothing short of amazing. My daughter was set on having a red dress for her senior prom. The selection of dresses was amazing but we just weren't finding anything in red that she liked and were slightly overwhelmed. A super sweet sales associate noticed and quickly came to help , she said just pick at least 3-4 dresses to start the process and she helped us find a few. As she went to get us a dressing room another sales associate was cleaning out a room and we noticed the most beautiful purple dress. We were like wow that’s really pretty is someone getting that she said.no she went with a different dress. I said you should try that one too even tho my daughter wasn’t really looking for purple. The sale associate talked highly of it and said it was Ellie Wildes new color this year called purple rain. After 4 other dresses she put that one on last and it was just stunning. So many compliments from the staff and other girls and moms too. Sold!!! If it wasn’t for the staff at elegance she probably would have never tried it and it turns out it was the perfect dress for her senior prom. Definitely a one of a kind the color looked amazing and she was just gorgeous. 100% recommend going to Elegance - great selection and customer service.

I was dead set on getting a black dress for my senior prom and I was struggling to find a dress. Until the very nice lady who helped us had me try on some dresses that were in a different color. I didn’t know that you could order online! I ended up trying on a green one shoulder dress that came in black and loved it!!! I didn’t think I would like a one shoulder but ended up loving it!!! I got so many complements on it. I also loved how they wouldn’t sell a dress in the same design or color to anybody who else was going to the same prom as me. This was by far my fav dress that I have ever tried! And made my senior prom amazing!!!!

She also helped me accessorize with the perfect vail, jewelry , shoes, and fur shawl wrap for our winter wedding. One stop shop. Prices are on point as well. Our 1st Prom experience was truly wonderful thanks to the gals at Elegance!Shannon was prompt to respond with any questions I had- Jayda look at several dresses on different occasions and Shannon helped her find her perfect 'the one' dress and when the time came, she made it easy for me to make payments on the dress, so to be less overwhelmed. We Will definitely shop Elegance next year prom as well!They helped with tux selection and measurement as well for Edgar and made that process super easy and fun for the two to do together!

I absolutely loved my experience with Elegance. Their team was so wonderful and easy to work with. Their selection of dresses was much broader and more unique than what I found in large cities. They helped me find the perfect dress for my destination wedding in Ireland. I had so many compliments and everyone asked if I had purchased my dress in Ireland because it was so fitting for the scenery. We also found the perfect mother of the bride ensemble and a dress for my state-side reception. Highly recommend working with them to find unique and reasonably priced dresses. I always end up buying jewelry and clothes when I'm in there as well, they just have a great selection of good quality items!

I went to Elegance for my wedding dress and had the BEST experience! I had gone to another store prior and felt rushed and not heard. Elegance was AMAZING. I got to soak it all in, look at all the dresses and choose what I wanted to try on. I had no idea what I liked so Courtney helped me by picking out other dresses that she thought I would like after hearing what comments I was making about dresses I had tried. She ended up bringing in a dress that I would have never tried off the rack. However, I trusted her, tried it on, and loved it. She hand picked my wedding dress and I’m SO excited to get it in my size! I highly recommend Courtney. She is kind, she listens intently, and she knows what she’s doing. She made this bridal experience so special!

I had a wonderful experience at Elegance Bridal during the time I selected my wedding dress and veil. The staff was great and they had a ton of sizes and different dresses to choose from. My dress and veil was everything I could have wanted and was very pleased with the quality and pricing options. However, I would recommend searching for other alteration options before going through Elegance. Although I did require a lot of alterations to my dress including the addition of sleeves (to which I purchased the material through them), I received little to no communication through their seamstress (even down to 2-3 weeks left before my wedding), and she wasn’t even there at the final fitting in case something would have needed fixed. Additionally, I was charged $925 through a simple text, to which I never got a response back from. Her work was excellent, however communication, affordability and friendliness was extemely disappointing from the seamstress.Overall I would recommend Elegance Bridal and had a good experience!

Courtney, Shannon and the rest of the ladies were SO helpful and made everything so easy. We got our entire bridal party’s outfits, my dress, and the parents outfits all @ Elegance for our day. Everything was on time, high quality and reasonably priced.Would recommend these ladies to anyone!

I enjoyed my experience bridal dress shopping so much, I went back to grab my mother's mother of the bride dress as well as both of our's jewelry. Elegance has been so helpful with wedding planning but most importantly the employees were so helpful helping me figure out a pageant dress for my daughter back in March. My daughter looked so adorable and loved her dress!Wedding planning has been stressful but these ladies have made bridesmaid dress shopping and tux picking a breeze. And they have such a selection of wedding dresses it’s hard not to want a second one!And everybody is so welcoming once you step foot into the door and there’s always help for whatever you’re looking for whether it’s casual wear, mother of, bridal, etc! The girls at Elegance are the absolute best! I worked with Courtney for finding my wedding dress. She did the best job of getting a feel of my personality and what it was going to be like at my wedding. She was able to pull some amazing choices from their great selection they have to choose from. She pulled all the sparkly and full dresses and I found my dress on the first visit. There was never a doubt about if it was the right dress for me. Courtney also helped us choose the perfect bridesmaids dresses and tuxes for all of the guys. She made sure colors matched perfectly and that everything would look phenomenal together. I also ended up getting the jewelry and accessories for myself and for my bridesmaids from Elegance. Elegance has also become my go to place for getting other dresses for special events. Shannon and Trista have also been able to help me find the best dresses for those different events and are always so welcoming every time I have come into the store in addition to Courtney also. I could not recommend this place anymore and it is hands down my go to place whenever I need an outfit for a special event!

This might get a bit lengthy..Finding my perfect dress was so difficult! I knew I wouldn’t like a white dress, so I searched online. I had my perfect dress found online but the designer wouldn’t let me order straight from them. I contacted Elegance bridal boutique because they were the closest store to Sioux Falls that has Casablanca dresses in stock. The morning after I sent my message, I got a response from Courtney and worked with her the remainder of my experience. They did not have my dream dress in stock, but they worked with the designer to get 2 similar dresses in stock for me to try. I tried on my dream dress and was sold! I tried in the second dress as well, but it just didn’t give me the butterflies the first dress did. We got my dress ordered in my size, and I loved that the store inspected the dress before I came ti pick it up. This saved me from having to drive the distance worrying about if anything were wrong with it. Courtney helped me pick out a few veils and get pricing on them, but ultimately I went with one from Etsy that matched perfectly! I literally couldn’t have asked for a better consultant! She was constantly reassuring me of how beautiful I looked, and when I got my photos back, I shared them with the boutique right away! Before here, I tried 2 other bridal stores in Sioux Falls, but their customer service was nothing compared to how I was treated here! I have already recommended this boutique to other brides and I will continue to do so to anyone that asks about my experiences!

My experience with Elegance Bridal was nothing short of amazing. All of the staff were extremely helpful. There was a various selection of wedding dresses and sizes and Courtney made my wedding dress shopping experience super relaxing and fun. When my wedding dress was ordered and I came in for pick up, there was discoloration on some of the lace and Courtney was able to get this fixed in no time. Communication with the staff was excellent and would always answer any questions I had when I called. Our tuxes were also ordered through Elegance and were great quality for the price as well. Would recommend Elegance to anyone!

I had the best experience working with Shannon and the Elegance crew! I came in on a Black Friday sale just to try some things on, it was my first time trying on dresses as I had just gotten engaged 2 weeks prior. I ended up finding a dress I loved but it didn’t have sleeves like I wanted. Shannon searched their sleeved dresses and helped me find a sleeve I liked to slip on with the dress I loved to help me get the vision and assured me that their alterationist could add sleeves to make it truly my dream dress! I was also an out of town bride and the whole team was very helpful in setting up appts for try ons and random stop ins to accommodate mu schedule when I was going to be in town. As an extra bonus, I was nervous as a plus size bride that I wouldn’t find any dresses I could actually try on, but they had a large selection that I could actually put on and clips/extenders we’re used with no question or judgement! I felt 100% comfortable and bridal every time I stepped inside! (I’ll add more photos when I have them back!)

All of the staff at Elegance are wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for a better shop to get my wedding dress at. Super helpful to answering any questions and always willing to to help. They had an amazing selection of dresses. Not too overwhelming, but all kinds of styles to choose from. They have the perfect dress for everyone! They even checked in with me after my wedding day to see how things went and ask for pictures. Just wonderful people!

I don’t even want to give a star to this place!!!! Couldn’t believe how they “bad mouthed” other brides during my visits as a bride! The girls and the owner were even on Facebook looking up another bride they had issues with and talking trash about how she looked and how her dress ended up after searching her pictures on her Facebook page. This was while I was checking out. Should have ran then, but, my fault. I ended up even more disgusted with my experience! Please don’t find your dress here, especially if you don’t want to be talked about when you leave! I give them nothing but the worst review!!!

I got my wedding dress here and the men's tuxes and it was overall a great experience. All of the girls were so helpful with everything! Kaitlin helped me find my dress and made the experience so fun! Sarah helped with the tuxes and she was very knowledgeable and helpful! My consultant actually picked a dress immediately for me and it ended up being the one I chose in the end. She really knows her stuff and knew my vision and vibe from the start!
