Just adopted 5 ish year old breeder dog who was confiscated from here during a puppy mill bust. He's extremely underweight and skittish. It's evident that he was used for these people's selfish gain. Doesn't know what a dog leash is or how to walk up or down stairs, and flinches every time he gets pet. He's clearly a traumatized animal. How could you do such a thing to a living creature? Terrible. Glad we were able to save him from this place.

So picture one is the advertisement for our puppy, please note “micro”. Second picture is a full grown “micro” goldendoodle, picture three is our 15 week old “micro” goldendoodle. Don’t get me wrong we love him dearly, however, if you are searching for a certain size, I do not recommend this breeder. They advertise as “micro, miniature and standards, however, our pup (third picture below) is 15 weeks old and is already 18 pounds. A full size “micro” at full grown is said to be 9 to 12 pounds see pic 2. Also, they do not keep accurate vaccination records. We were given a handwritten (with scribbled out information) record for our pup that was for a standard poodle. When brought to their attention they said, oh that was an honest mistake. A week later, after asking three times for the records, I finally received a record that did not have the vaccinations on it they claimed they had given. I also told them that the dog that we had purchased was not a “micro” and they got nasty and hung up on me. If you are looking for your forever fur baby, I recommend Doing your research, asking lots of questions, and seeing evidence before you pay and take your puppy home from this breeder.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review since we got out pup: We picked up Charlie from Joel and Sarah and it was the best experience! He was the quietest pup when we were there. He came vaccinated and was given a microchip. Before we left, we were given food, got to pick a blanket, and they washed him before send off. Charlie is now a happy and healthy 35-40 pounds and loves to eat and play. He listens well and gives the best snuggles! If you’re a first time dog owner or goldendoodle owner, it’s a great family dog and the process of getting him was quick and easy!

I received Frankie as a gift Joel was kind enough to let us come out on mother's Day. He was so patient and we never felt rushed he answered all our questions and it just was an overall great experience. Frankie has brought so much joy to our lives.

THIS IS A PUPPY MILL NOT A REPUTABLE BREEDER. In The beginning they were amazing, but things went bad quickly. The ARL removed over 100 dogs and puppies off the property the remaining 30 were left. Were told "to clean up the place and we'll be back to reinspect. This place needs shut down.

News article from 09/28/23 regarding Paris Puppies Paradise!!! PLEASE ADOPT DON"T SHOP!!!Iowa authorities rescued nearly 100 dogs from a puppy mill over the weekend, many of whom were living in their own excrement. On Friday, a deputy from the Boone county sheriff’s office was conducting a welfare check on a missing woman and came across what appeared to be a puppy mill, the sheriff’s office said in a press release.Local outlets reported that the missing woman, Sara Stanfield, was connected to the Paris Puppies Paradise facility, which breeds goldendoodles, according to its website. The sheriff’s office has not disclosed the extent of Stanfield’s involvement in the puppy mill’s condition.Puppy mills are high-volume breeding facilities that produce puppies for profit and disregard the needs of the puppies and their mothers, according to the Humane Society. Animals in puppy mills are treated as cash crops and are often trapped in overcrowded cages with minimal shelter from extreme weather and forced to sit and sleep in their own excrement, said the non-profit Paws. Many suffer from malnutrition or starvation as a result of inadequate or unsanitary food and water while adult animals are bred until they can no longer produce before being destroyed or discarded, added Paws.Following the discovery of the puppy mill in Boone county, authorities contacted the state’s agriculture department along with the Boone Area Humane Society and the Animal Rescue League of Iowa to assist with the rescue. According to the ARL, upon arriving at the scene, the “smell hit us before we even entered the buildings”.“The dogs were living in their own feces and urine, including some pregnant mamas and newborn puppies. Many of the dogs were matted and some incredibly thin. One by one we carried them to clean crates so they could begin the journey toward their new lives,” the ARL said.Pictures posted online by the ARL showed dogs with severely matted fur completely covering their eyes. One photo showed what appeared to be goldendoodle puppies curled up against each other, no more than a few weeks old.In its press release, the ARL said that although its kennels were already full, the dogs could not wait so its team set up temporary housing to accommodate the influx of canines.“Our medical team also quickly came together and gathered the large number of supplies needed to provide care for each and every dog and puppy,” it said, adding: “When the dogs arrived, our teams worked into the evening to make sure they were all cared for and comfortable.”The sheriff’s office announced that an assessment of the facility was conducted by the state’s agriculture department and that the “facility owner cooperated and ultimately agreed to allow approximately 93 dogs to enter the care of the ARL and Boone Area Humane Society”.It said that as of Wednesday, some dogs remained on scene and the facility owner continued to cooperate with authorities. No determination had been made at the time regarding criminal charges, it added. There are an estimated 10,000 puppy mills active across the country, with 500,000 dogs kept solely for breeding purposes at these facilities, according to the Humane Society. Approximately 2.6 million dogs are sold each year puppy mills.

PUPPY MILL!! NOT A REPUTABLE BREEDER!!It saddens me to write this review as this used to be a wonderful place. However, recently the ARL removed over 100 puppies from this PUPPY MILL. Many were suffering from malnutrition and living in their own feces and urine including pregnant mamas and their newborn puppies. STAY AWAY from this so-called “breeder.”

We love our boy. We have paid lots more in our past with good results but I think they offer good value and are not too far from Des Moines.

Owners do not respond to texts or facebook messages. Communicating with them will require lots of phone calls until they finally pick up. We were promised a microchip, which did not happen. If your dog is not microchipped before you take them home either don't take the animal or ask for a price reduction. This place is ok, but definitely not very organized and unprofessional for the price you pay. Also, if you want to have the WORST time potty training your dog this is the place to go though. They let their dogs poop and pee where the sleep so crate training is a total nightmare. Did get a cute dog though, that's what the two stars are for.

The only negative thing, I can think of, is that Sarah, had lost her phone, & so like others that have stated, it was alittle frustrating, to get ahold of someone. It’s a business, so they probably, should have updated their website? Maybe they did, and I just overlooked it?🤔I wasted 45 minutes, trying to find their place. 95% of getting lost, was MY fault. I’m not the best, at following directions & I get very direction turned around🤣 No surprise to my husband, when I called him a bit freaked out., not sure what I was doing wrong. I stopped at 3 farm places to get directions, which now I know wasn’t realize, was not the smartest thing to do, in today’s world. Not all people are kind. Apparently, people are “paranoid” automatically, when a middle aged woman, pulls into their driveway in a nice looking pickup, although it’s not dark yet. I must be naive 😢Joel & Sarah have an awesome set up for their business. (They r working on signage, so their customers, don’t question, is the right place or not). Their whole acreage is awesome, clean, & unlike some I’ve been too. This is not my 1st time, going to a breeder to find a dog, to add to our family. Joel & Sarah, we’re both so kind to me, answering all my questions. (& I asked a lot of them) I was allowed to sit inside the large cages, where there were, approx 6 moms with their babies. Wowzers! That was so much fun!!? Spent a lot of time there🌷. I cannot say enough good things about this breeder! I would highly recommend them for your new pet. 4 1/2 stars!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️💕Oh & yes, I did find my “forever friend” & companion for my Milo. A precious golden doodle. I fell in love, the moment, he interacted with me😊. He picked ME!!👍🐶❤️ Bruno, is his name! I’m planning to take them up on their invitation, to bring my 4 grandkids, out for a visit. 🌸🤗

We recently purchased a Goldendoodle puppy from Paris Puppies Paradise. The entire process was a bit frustrating starting with them not returning phone calls, text messages and facebook messages. Most of the time they just flat out did not return communications. We where promised that the puppy would be micro chipped and that was not the case when we picked our puppy up. Now it is two weeks later and no micro chip has arrived. We will just foot that expense during the puppy's next vet visit. Overall the breeders seem like nice people that are not very well organized and poor communicators that do not back up all their promises.

Great place. Communication got a bit weird due to a lost cell phone. But otherwise the gentlemen running the show takes great pride and care in his business and it shows. He loves these animals and wants to pair them with people as forever homes.

I have a disability that limits me. Joel and Sarah listened to me and matched me up with a wonderful pup. All my adult children love my dog and now want one for themselves.
