We stopped in to grab some lunch. I had placed our dine in order with the app. My wife went in to get our order while I was cleaning the windshield on my car. When I entered the restaurant, the manager was shouting at my wife. I asked my wife why and she told me that she had asked the staff why there wasn't 1 clean table in the place. It was 2pm and they had no business. The workers were standing around doing nothing. The manager told my wife that she could have her removed. We didn't think much of it and ate our meal. As we were finishing, 2 police officers enter the restaurant and spoke with the manager. They then came over to us and told us that we were told to leave but refused which was a total lie. I laughed because I couldn't believe what had just happened. For clarity, we are in our 50s and are not troublemakers, she just wanted a clean table.

Sitting here watching these workers and am in complete disbelief. One girl glued to her cell phone while people wait to place their order, another tossing a bag on the counter saying the number and walking away. The lack of care each one of them have and yet they are probably getting paid 15 an hour! As I’m typing this the one girl has not stopped messing with her phone! The young man is the only courteous one here. Cannot believe this is the work ethic of our future 🙄

Stale fries and inability to make a double quarter pounder with cheese no onion on a non seeded bun and a general don't care attitude from the crew made for an unappetizing dinner experience won't be returning and wasn't given a receipt. Oh and the person who works the speaker really needs a refresher on greeting customers on the headset. Poor job. My opinion, needs a new evening closing crew, from floor up to the top. "anything else?..."

my friends and i went to mcdonalds and my friend ordered a medium fry, was then given a small, and was told it was a medium.(the person serving had no hairnet, and no gloves at all.)he then asked for a medium since she lied and gave him a small, and she asked for him to give the small fry back, though he’d already eaten from it.she told him to either pay for it, or leave the building, to which as we were preparing to leave, she threatened to call the police.we left and ate out in our cars, and she came out and told us to leave the property completely, despite us causing no harm in our cars.her name was belinda.i asked an employee at my school about her and they had nothing good to say about her, also going on to say she was the manager.this was his order for proof.

Waited 7 minutes to be helped. Multiple employees standing around looking at me. Said hello to the manager twice looking for help, but was ignored. Had to go inside because the the app wouldn't let me order online. Got home and my bag my chicken nuggets are soaking wet because my burger was put in sideways so all the grease leaked all over my car and table.

Horrible service! Stood at counter, was told they would get to me in a few minutes. More like 20!! Soda spilled all over the drink counter and on the floor! Had to step over it just to get my drink. Definitely won't be back! This was supposed to be a quarter pounder!

I haven't had McDonald's in years but it was the fast food place that was opened & i hadn't eaten all day. I got a big mack & was very disappointed. When i opened the box & picked it up it just looked like a double cheeseburger. After opening it up i found just a little sauce on ths bottom, some onions on top & then 1 pickle in the middle. I even gooled it to confirm it was supposed to have lettuce on it. I live 5 mins from them so why was it hardly even warm when i got home & the fries were almost cold. Next time I'll just get a sandwich from kum n go.

Only 1 car ordered in front with no one in drive thru. Not sure what happened but it took almost 15 minutes to get my order.One part of order was large fry. Looked in bag and about half full. Asked for more and did give no problem. I think they forgot to salt first batch and they were luke warm. Likely from waiting so long.Hit n miss at this location.

I don't know why but this mcdonalds never gives a good experience. I typically avoid it but it's the closest to my home and decided to try it one more time. Thus time I came inside. First the person taking my order did not understand how to work his register very well. Not his fault. He needs more training. Second when I went to get my drink there was black mold on one of the ice dispensers. The other looked clean thank goodness but still disgusting. Finally the wait for a burger nuggets and a happy meal was extremely long. They also always forget something. Sorry but I do not recommend until they fix some things. Take the 10 min drive and go to the one on army post or fleur dr.

Religious music was playing, not a fan of that. Food is usually too salty or occasionally not salty at all. They were out of large drink cups but very slow to get help. But they should really give the better parking spaces to the customers also.Parking: Employees park in the best parking spaces.

Had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes before someone came to give us our drink cups. The fountain area was disgusting. The outside of the tea containers were absolutely gross!! Super slow getting our food. I thought this was fast food! I hadn't been to this McDonald's in a while and I will not be coming back!

Probably the worst McDonald's we go to. It sucks that it's the only one near us because they randomly close, shut down the lobby, and change fry sizes I guess? Couldn't get large fries and they wouldn't explain why. Can't imagine McDonald's would just deny people large fries. Other than the workers always have an attitude about everything. I get working at McDonald's isn't the most rewarding thing in the world but they choose to work there regardless of why. Just overall worth skipping if you can get something else in the area.

buy one get one for $1, i ordered vanilla shake, mc double no mustard, 4 chicken nuggets, the girl said i don't think the Ice cream machine is working, i ordered a sweet tea, when i got my food i checked my sandwich it had only ketchup, asked her don't this come with onion and pickles she said " no i don't think so, thats what you get" and the sweet tea was not $1 like they advertise

Somehow incorrectly ordered from the Norwalk location rather than the Indianola branch. Arrived at Indianola where I live to be told by the manager there was nothing she could do. Drove 20 minutes to Norwalk. When I pulled into the parking lot the app recognized I had arrived. Staff had no record of my order. Explained that I had an electronic receipt indicating I had paid for the order to be told there was nothing they could do to help me. Worse yet there was nothing that even resembled customer service or empathy for my and my son's circumstances at 9:45 pm.

Filthy dirty place. Floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped for months. Food and litter all over the prep and cooking area. The container for the disposal straw paper wrappings, by where the napkins (there weren't any napkins) and straws are was filthy dirty. One male worker was scratching his arm and then handling food. Three employees (2 males and a female) started working about 5pm. All with long hair. Hair wasn't pulled back and they didn't have hats on. Asked for a double cheeseburger without pickles. There weren't any pickles, but the thing was smothered with ketchup and no other condiments. Nasty sandwich. Nasty place.

I stopped by last night and ordered 2 happy meals. Fries with no salt. Got home the fries had salt on them. Also I don't remember the buns being bigger than the actual burger. The burger was considerably smaller. Next time I will get the apples instead of fries and chicken nuggets

This McDonald's continues to deliver exceptionally terrible service. I have never had a correct order and the demeanor of the employees is atrocious. Most recently, I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. I was instead given a poor man's McChicken with only a chicken patty, burnt bread, and no sauce whatsoever.

This McDonald’s has gone so far downhill. Was just in and took several attempts to place my order. Ice cream not working…as usual…get home and my food is so cold the cheese isn’t even melted and the bun was so dried out and hard it literally fell apart like a cracker. Not even edible. What’s worse is this is the first time in months I’ve come to this location because of the awful experience last time! Apparently haven’t improved only getting worse. So sad.

Well excellent customer service. The only thing I was not happy about was a field two medium fries as small. But I talked to a manager named Sabrina. And she's a big help. I don't want anybody to take this as a bad experience but I am so happy that she gave me two large new fries when they were supposed to be large anyways.
