I went there got lint roller car air freshener hair ties and candy so I could go drive uber.The self checkout wouldn't take my visa gift card and this supposed rude assistant store manager said they don't take visa gift cards why they have the visa symbol then she continued to run her mouth and have attitude and I was trying to log into my checking account to move money and I got berated from a customer and then the store assistant manager kept going getting impatient internet in your store only works so fast. All while I kept my voice calm until j was attacked verbally by the customer and then she canceled my transaction cuz I had the audacity to ask her if she would like to see what.i was doing cuz she treated me like I was lying too her. Omg I have been shopping here for a long time and have worked retail u had an attitude and as far as I am concerned u don't deserve your job. I hope everyone stops shopping here I will continue to go to saint charles where they never have your attitude or treat u like this.All because I asked her why it wasn't taking my visa gift card and also if she was sure it would even take my visa credit card.... I mean it had the visa symbol isn't that supposed to be accepted anywhere. But that's ok dollar tree was very helpful and took my card and didn't get an attitude for asking questions. Oh and on a.sie note the older lady with gray hair running around like a chicken with her head cut off who helped me and at least another guy find what we were looking for I wish they were all like u...... no attitude nice smiling helpful and even I used my manners and didn't have a problem with her.......

Horrible store manager working at dollar general. She is abusive to her customers and especially her workers. She does not deserve her position and they need someone who is supportive!!! Corporate, help them!

They did not want to give me my money back she was being rude to someone who has autism she was rude person I asked her for my money back she said she didn’t want to give you your $25 dollars back

Terrible since they remodeled the inside of the store. It's always a mess. Can't find anything. Staff is slow and not helpful. 2 people in line with maybe 20 items each and took 30 minutes to get them checked out. Can't walk down half of the rows in the store because merchandise is piled up on the floor and carts. Its just plainly a mess. I won't ever go there again.

Staff is off in their own world. I've never had to ring a bell for service in a store before? Masks are required but the staff aren't even wearing them. Going to dollar tree instead

A few people in the store. Ready to check out, no one in site. The person ahead of me rang the bell. Several minutes later I rang it. Finally someone came and checked us out. It's been that way in the past. They need the checker and at least 2 more on floor.

Nice and happy workers. A little low on staff which means more boxes in the isles. Other than that great store to buy little things for the car, house or some snacks.

This is one of the best DG stores I've seen. They have about all you'd ever need, but even though the store is full, it's pretty tidy.

Have what you need in a pinch. Most of the staff is friendly and respectful. Only one of the staff is rude, and needs to be more respectful and courteous. She barks at people harshly.

Please train your staff on what FedEx Smartpost is and how to scan it in and that those packages PER THE SHIPPING LABEL cannot be dropped off at USPS. It’s really not hard.

I Won't go back because the lady with a cat eye glasses was rude inconsiderate and didn't care for customers at all ask her for help and she ignores you don't say Hi. poor attitude really bad for the company
