Friendly enough staff. One stop for just about everything, including truckers. Teo different fast food options, clean restrooms, and POSTCARDS! Just cannot find them like you used to. :) this one is well worth the stop if you can decide between the other gas station that's available at this exit. There's also a dog park, which is really neat for the puppies. I know mine enjoys them thoroughly. Nice little area to stop at and walk around for a while. A couple hotels in the area as well.

Nice clean & stocked store, clean bathrooms & friendly personnel! Hot-on-the-go foods like hot dogs, sausages, breakfast tacos & breakfast bowls (yummy). Also the cold food island with things like cold sandwiches & wraps, yogurts, cheese/sausage, pudding bowls, parfait cups, salads etc. lots of Snacks & goodies. Fountain drinks, slushes, coffee. Souvenirs. Truck supplies. Toys for the lil ones. They have both a McDonald’s & Chesters chicken attached inside (This McDonald’s is very clean, quick & nice personnel)! Didn’t use showers this time so I can’t comment on them. Nice fuel lanes. Good size lot & parking. Good place for overnight or reset. My husband is a long haul trucker so we’re in & out of truck stops everyday, good job guys! (Again) :)

Shower was clean, and the water was hot, but cheap shower heads ruined the experience, especially when they cost $17 if you don't have shower credits.

My car broke down and I was barely able to limp into Loves in Newton… thank god as the Team there offered every assistance available and connected me with a local repair shop who can pick it up and take care of it by tomorrow AM!!!Wow on the repair shop, but WOW on these KIND Loves people who took care of me as I need to stay the night in a nearby hotel…. Great People!!! GM is great and it’s CLEARLY reflected in his staff! Nice!

This is such an awesome truck stop. Not one but TWO choices for fast food, large amount of gas pumps to use (12), and one of the only ones I’ve been to that doesn’t have one of those weird cologne vending machines in the bathroom

The store was clean and the staff was friendly upon greeting. The restrooms are relatively small so there is a wait for use. They could use better cleaning and staff attention. The store inside has chesters and McDonald's as fast food options and then loves style fast food like hotdogs on rollers.

Do not trust these liars and cheats! Signs on the road say gas is $3.049. Price at the pump was $3.069. Sure, 2 cents a gallon might not sound like much, but if you don't have the integrity to be honest about your pricing when there's other gas stations around then you're clearly not worth anyone's business nor should you be allowed to own or operate a business if you're going to just lie to and cheat customers

This ret is not for the gas station shopsThis is for work shops speedco. I come from CA until here. I tried @ all Loves speedco to get an oil change for my truck, and they said not today for tomorrow and the other we busy and the one I can't work on computer.Where is speedco management?????Please fixed this problemOn private shops to change tires 1hoursAt speedco 5hours or noLook at this work shops they are not busy closed and they are inside relaxing.

Had another Loves cashier try to charge me for sink water. Got water in a thermos, told her it was from the sink. And she said it was store policy to charge for water. I asked if it was in a milk jug or if id gotten it from the restroom would she have charged me and she said no. So i posted to pour it out and do as such. She said no and removed the charge. It was for my dog and the van. Never in my life.

Gas stop on a long trip. No issue filling or getting a receipt at the pump. Going inside noticed no one behind the counter. The only employee (woman) I noticed was walking away toward the other side. Couldn’t see the name tag.What struck me as weird, across the country I’ve grown accustomed to people greeting me at the door. It could be bo-dink the middle of no where TX in the middle of the night Loves. Someone says hi.In Iowa, noticed at two other Loves there was no one at the customer service checkout counter. And, when found them to make a purchase they said nothing and were frowning.Glad this isn’t the norm.Bathroom is tidy. Though, barely any toilet paper in the stall. Spoiler at other Loves nationally, didn’t think to check prior to starting.Store looks clean. Similar to other Loves across the country. Except for scraps of TP in the bathroom floor.Minus two stars for the abandoned counter. Appearing ignored by the only rep in sight. And, frighteningly little TP. My bad for assuming the staff refill and keep at least one roll full if the other is empty.⭐️⭐️⭐️😐Downgraded to one star in a matter of ten minutes👇🏼Update, no one behind the counter, again. While walking out of the store, Michael (could read name tag) has a big frown. Looked away from me while I am walking by looking and smiling at him.Employees are a reflection of management. Your people need a hug, encouragement, and support toward the Loves theme for guests.When I’m back hope have a peppier howdy 🤠 And, while the night staff are fiddling around with low traffic flow please check the bathrooms. This was my first low one star feedback of 15,000 miles of driving since April.You’ve got what it takes Newton Loves

Employee Ava was not friendly at all. Nobody likes being treated like a criminal. Maybe it was the color of my skin. She seems like a very prejudice person. Truck parking lot has trash and bottles of piss all over the place too. Isn't Loves motto CLEAN PLACES AND FRIENDLY FACES? This place failed at both of these.

This Loves was fantastic. We went in for water and bathrooms and the manager surprised my kiddos with lollipops. So glad we chose this stop. They really lived up to their name and showed us some Love!

Place looks clean but if you go into their showers they are really disgusting. The person did a good job cleaning them so that's not on them but on the Manager. I'll provide pictures. I am sure Tom Love (the owner) would not shower here! If he knew it looked like this he would not be happy. Tammy was amazing at the diesel desk. Friendly, and willing to help. Good hard worker there! When leaving there is trash all over the yard. Picture of this as well.

Loves is a great place to stop when traveling.Theres a variety of foods and drinks hot and cold as well as restaurants that are connected.Its very well lit up and several pumps to choose from.They offer a safe environment for all.They even have a play area for your pets.Theres also Hotel's that are conveniently located close by .

This truck stop/gas station is easily accessible as it's right off the Newton exit. [The second Newton exit if you are on i80 eastbound.] Everything in this store is always easily accessible and they have everything you'd find at a regular gas station. It's a truck stop, so of course they have a lot of things you wouldn't see at a regular gas station, which is fun for the shopping lover in me but my wallet isn't always a fan of how much I end up buying there! Which is funny, because my wallet is this adorable black wallet with a colorful skull and rhinestones on it... that I bought from here a few months back! I've never had any issues or complaints with Love's, which I go there at least a couple times a week. They are open 24 hours, and whether I'm there in the morning heading out to work, in the afternoon/evening coming home from work, or during the hours when most people are asleep... I've never been dissatisfied with my trip. With the exception of this last time. I was there around 2am. I grabbed what I needed and I went to the checkout. But nobody was at the register. I waited for about a minute but still didn't see anyone that worked there, so I started walking around to try and find someone. No luck. A few minutes later, there were 2 other customers also waiting. It was around 6-7 minutes before an employee finally showed up to cash me out, which he didn't even acknowledge the fact that I'd been waiting for as long as I had been. That's literally the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars this time, but normally it's a great place to go with friendly employees.

I work as a trucker, and I had to pull over late tonight and when calling, they informed me they could not take my road all to assist in repairing two tires. TWO TIRES‼️‼️ They informed me they were too damn busy to assist me, and when calling back to double check, they let slip they weren’t busy at all before quickly hanging up and declining my calls. Luckily a nice worker from a different loves came and assisted me . DO NOT GO HERE‼️‼️‼️

Great place to stop for fuel and a break while traveling on I-80. Definitely sign up for the app and take the $0.10 per gallon discount on gas. Note that they sell E15 here and you don't get quite a high of mileage out of that. Also, it doesn't work well in older cars so know what you are putting in your tank. Clean restrooms and everything you could want in the store.

Always have to stop by when I'm traveling in that area. Chicken from strips, bone-in, gizzards & livers [#1 reason I stop], wedges and many other good eats. Usually always hot & fresh.
