I like this little place. Plenty of choices for your pets. We've used the dog wash station a few times. It probably needs some tweaking. The soap controls are too high for short people and the blow dryer won't blow out a candle. Otherwise it works just fine.

I took our germanshepard Cruise up there to have a bubble and a blowout and they cleaned her teeth trimmed her nails cleaned her ears as well as trimmed her up a bit, and did an awesome job. She looked Beautiful. She is really great with your pets.❤🙋👍😁

Courtnie groomed my 5 month old golden doodle this afternoon. I just adopted him the day before so he already was in a new environment with new people, then being taken to another new place with new people and smells can be A LOT for a puppy! I cannot say enough good things about Courtnie! She had him at the shop for almost SIX hours. She took her time, gave him lots of breaks to run around, and of course lots of treats. She wanted to make sure his first experience being groomed was not scary and enjoyable! When I spoke with her on the phone, she made sure to explain what she was going to do so I knew what to expect. My boy came out looking like a whole new dog. His hair cut was much more incredible that I could have ever expected. He was being a little stinker and was constantly peeing throughout his visit with her. She took the time out of her busy schedule to call me with the concern of his frequent urination to see if it was an ongoing issue, or just due to the new smells and over-stimulation. She rebathed his back legs and paws I think 3-4 times because she wanted to make sure he smelled good when she returned him to me. She didnt appear to be upset or irritated about habign to redo some of her work! She even mentioned and asked about a scar on his leg! As long as she is in this career, I will forever return to Courtnie for my Boji boy's grooming needs. 💙

This is a great store! I found some really unique products and treats (I bought a LOT of treats) at this gem of a shop! My pups are going to be so spoiled and I now have my outlet for all of the bath products I could ever imagine! My pups are going to smell so great! The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and so sweet! I love this shop!!

Very disappointed with “dog self wash” station. Understanding cannot reserve time slots, the efficiency needs improvement. Today we drove to Newton (we live out of town). There was a lady with her dog using the station (assuming to give her dog a bath) so we went across town to run an errand to allow time. Returned, still same situation. Then examined that she was in fact NOT washing her dog…she was using scissors to CUT her dog’s hair. How rude for others that were waiting to use the WASH station.

I am SO glad I checked this place out! They have an amazing selection and are so helpful! My dog went in a hunger strike and refused to eat after surgery. I went in today and they gave some ideas on things to try and we came home and mixed up a bowl and myGirl ate every bite! I will definitely be back!!!

Lots of high quality foods. Samples are available for some but you have to ask. One of the employees was very knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions, I had. The other girl may have still been in training. First visit was today, I will most likely be back.

Great shop on the square. I went in looking to get my dog a better quality food. Nice small town service and personal attention. After asking about my dogs size and eating habits "Alphonso" gave me some samples. The picky eater is now a ravenous eater after choosing his new favorite food. They also have great duckhead there😁🐕

We always have great experiences at EarthWise. We love taking our dog, Bernie in to the self wash. He always smells so good and it is very user friendly. We buy our dog food and treats there. It’s so easy to find anything you might need for your pets.

Anyone giving this store less than a 5 star rating is a tool. This guy's passion for animals is clear through the way he speaks, and how presents himself is ultra-professional. Exactly what this town needs. I simply asked him if he had something, his answer was no, but he was able to get ahold of his distributor and it was in his store in a matter of 2 days. Solid dude, I will be in there quite often.
