Where to begin?- The last two times I've had vehicles serviced by them, it has taken an extremely long time to get the vehicles back. This last time it took them two weeks to finish the work. I kept getting different excuses for why the work wasn't finished.- Communication is pretty poor. They have one person in the service department that is pretty awesome but she is the only one. I would be told that I would get an update by end of day multiple times. The updates never came. I was the one who had to initiate the communication.- A few years back when I was shopping for a vehicle, my family & I spend practically an entire Saturday at the dealership shopping & then coming to a deal on a vehicle. Only after they started the financial paperwork were we told that the vehicle we wanted had "just sold". It was at another one of their dealerships & they didn't know that it was being sold that day as they were also selling it to us.I want to like them, I really do. They are nice people & not far from my home. They just keep disappointing me.
