Had a tire disintegrate on the trailer with my motorcycle on it between Osceola and DM. Happened to be right at the exit for Barts. They were almost closed for the day but they dug around and came up with one tire and had it changed in a flash. Friendly guys and excellent service...thank you.

Had Bart put Brand new tires on my tractor. A year later the tire wont hold air because the rim is rotted out. Should have been addressed at the time of the tore install as this tractor rarely gets used. So its not wear tear. After several calls he agreed to come and out a tube in it for us. Never gives us a time or clear confirmation of when. Shows up un announced and tells us that a roto tiller was in the way and he wasted an hour in a half coming down and that hes not interested in fixing it. We bought tire and a rim from him for the 4440 and four tires for the corn planter as well. So not my 4020 sits on a flat in gravel with the rim pushing all the tractors weight on my brand new tire and Barts not interested in fixing it. Thanks Bart for treating a loyal customer like trash.

Very nice people and very fast and thorough service. Highly recommend! I had 2 slow leaks in my rear tires, one of which was full of fix a flat, which we all know is messy and makes it hard to find the nail, but no complaints out of the fellas, just got me taken care of in like 20 minutes. Thanks, very much appreciated. Also very nice and professional service from the woman at the counter!

We were on the side of the road for over 2 hours waiting for roadside assistance- I found Bart's myself, called and they were at our location and had our tire repaired in less than 30 minutes! Very friendly gal who answered the phone, Bart was very nice, and the guys who came out were like a Nascar pit crew; very fast and friendly. Highy recommend!

Was driving back from a business trip when I got a flat tire yesterday around 5:15 pm on the side of I35 about 10 miles away from Barts Tire & Auto. I didn't have a spare to put on and was running out of time and options. I decided to try my luck and called Bart's with about 10 minutes before they were closing. I told them what happened and without hesitation they told me they would come out and put a new tire on. Within 15 minutes they arrived and put the new one on in about 5 minutes. I cannot thank them enough for all the trouble they saved me! I highly recommend them for any auto needs!Thanks again!

We had a tire blow out on the interstate. Bart's was able to serve us even though we came in just 20 minutes before closing. I asked them if I needed to replace my others and they were honest enough to turn down my extra business, because I didn't really need it. I'm very thankful for their honest and helpful service!

Horrible experience with this business. We got a flat tire on our RV on the highway They sold us 2 tires (one was new and one was used). He said the used one was in really good shape ,that it had 80 % left on it. Since we needed 2 tires because 2 flats. We bought them.After driving again on the interstate 260miles the tire blew out again. It was the used tire.After having another company fix this flat, they told me the tire was 15 yrs old. The new company showed me the numbers stamped on the tire. I sent all the pictures and bill to Barts and they said they would not reimburse us for the price of the bad tire.Buyer beware they sell old tires that should never be put on any vehicles, let alone a 20,000 lb RV.

Stopped at the Kum N Go across the street for fuel and the starter on my diesel RV decided to quit. Bart's team did an excellent job of coming over to diagnose and repair the issue. Working me in amongst their schedule. Fair pricing and great service. Would highly recommend.

Reasonably priced and honest about what needs done to your vehicle at the right time (doesn’t try to sell things that are not needed like other chain tire and autos). I send my family to Bart’s.

My grandmother has taken her car up there multiple times to try an support a local business. Today she took it in because she had a flat tire, which is a common occurrence since we live on gravel. When she got in the car after it was fixed, her tire sensor said it only had 30 pounds of air in it. She went back inside to ask if it needed more air put in it as she doesn’t know the technicalities of the sensors. Bart proceeded to yell at my 83 year old grandmother telling her she complains every time she comes in and that she needed to get in the car and drive it and it would fill up. He told her she needed to leave and not come back. Not only is that completely uncalled for and unprofessional but how dare he speak to an elderly lady like that! I’d drive the extra 10 miles to town and save money than go to a business that doesn’t treat their elder with respect! I’m appalled!

Have used Barts multiple times now. No matter how busy, he makes sure he gets you back on the road as quickly as possible. Had a blown tire at my home. Called him at 702am. Said he would have someone out by 730am. was there at 725. They took tire off and replaced in 20 minutes! Highly recommend!

These guys are the best. We had a flat tire on interstate and had to leave our truck on side road overnight. Next day we called barts tires and when we arrived in new Virginia they drove us to out truck and had the job finished in 15 min. I will never use another company in time of need. Thank you Barts

Broke a clamp on radiator hose on my semi truck. Had clamp but couldn't get it on.1st place I called said 1 hr then called at 1 hr said they couldn't make it. Called Barts and they came out. Repair guy was very nice and got clamp on in no time. Very reasonable price! Would recommend this place. Thank you for getting me rolling!

My husband was traveling and stranded on the side of the road in 90 degree weather and our dogs in the truck and he walked to Bart's to get a clamp. He walked in and tried to explain the situation and asked an employee for some kind of clamp . The employee looked at him and said "Look Around. Does it look like I have time to work on your stuff?" My husband wasn't asking him to even work on something, just a clamp to help clamp a hose to get him a little further down the road and the AC on, so our dogs weren't suffering in the heat. A young kid that worked there ended up helping him get something to at least get him further down the road, but the attitude was so disappointing!

First, I'd like to set the record straight: I'm correcting the first review because, somehow my 5 Star rating was listed asa 2 Star rating, which posted incorrectly !Sometime, late August, early September 2017, I was driving down I-35, returning home with a vehicle that I had just purchased in Illinois.Although we'd been extremely assured of the cars roadworthy ness, we were already having multiple issues, and we were trying to, just get it home, without any more issues.About: Mile Marker 46 + 47,The tread came off of one of the tires.Luckily, I was going a moderate speed and was able to control the vehicle enough to bring the vehicle off the roadway, onto the shoulder, & stopped.I called AAA, and while we waited, an Iowa Highway Patrolman (34), came within minutes to assist.BOTH individuals RECOMMENDED - BARTS !!They made sure that we were: Safe, and Informed about Services & Help,within a 5 - 7 Mile radius from us.BART'S - Replaced the damaged tire, he also noticed leaking Valve stems on 3 other tires; & he replaced all & Balanced All of them.He checked all lights & replaced the one that was Bad.He also noticed that the rear Brakes were beyond limits & fixed them.He advised me, about the information, so that I could tell my mechanic, once I got home.His prices were very, very reasonable & We couldn't have asked for friendlier or BETTER Service !!!!AND EVERYTHING WORKED @ INSTALL; ANDIS STILL WORKING FINE !!!!WE WISH WE COULD HAVE GIVEN YOUA-10 STAR, BUT THEY ONLY GO TO 5THANK YOU & BEST REGARDS -BART & CREW, & FRIENDS - IN NEW-VA.RUTH & MIKE (1993 LUMIA)

Hands down the best place to buy tires, and, I have him do all the maintenance on my 2007 Suburban currently at 150,000 miles, and, expect to get at least another150,000, his mechanics know what their doing, and his pricing is fair, much better than the dealerships.I'll use him as long as he's around.

The man who owns the business is a rude and disrespectful guy. He thinks he can talk to anyone however he wants to because he owns this buisness he over charges for everything that he does and most the time doesn’t even fix the problem. Drive the extra 10 miles into town to avoid going to this shop.

Great people great service. Truck had issues driving along the interstate hauling clydesdale horses home. Limped it into the service station and Bart and crew got me back on the road quickly. Awesome people!!!

Terrible place, paid and tipped for 2 tire repairs, didn't fix one and they have no manner's, proceed to insult and cause more problems when I called to figure out what exactly they did so another tire shop can fix it.
