Great customer service, vet is very helpful with concerns and gives options and ideas on what can be done to help your pet. Been going to them for 5 years now and never disappointed. They have a great rewards program that can help with lowering the costs of certain services.

They love your pet probably more then you do. Is that possible? They are dedicated to the care of animals but mostly they are just great people that are caring and truly treat each animal as their own. Would give them a 10 out of 10 for sure!

Every time we go in, all the techs, all the docs and ALL the staff are excited to see our kids. They call them by name and treat them with authentic care. Even if they aren't working directly with our kids, if they walk by our room and happen to see them... They stop and say hello to them. This clinic is very popular and very busy but we never feel rushed or like they don't have time. And we always ask tons of questions.Dr. Drish literally saved our boy's life when he decided to pull an extension cord through his kennel and ingest it. She opened him up and hand picked all the tiny shreds of copper out of his stomach. Without her, he wouldn't be here.They have many consumer friendly options for payment and an awesome rewards program. We never ever feel like they push unnecessary meds or food on us to increase margins. We plan together what is needed for our family and have had incredible success with those plans (we have a 14 year old boxer on a laundry list of meds to keep her comfy on her golden years)We are insanely picky about our vet care and have been with them over 5 years, I'm so so so so glad we found them. When we count our blessings, we count Hometown twice.

Very very nice staff! Great people. The facility is a bit dated but adequate. There is a lot of fur on the ground, furniture, and employees clothing. Maybe I was there on a day they were busy and there wasn't a chance to sweep up. All in all though I had a great experience at this business and will definitely return. Again, an absolutely Awesome staff!!!
