Went in and the girl was talking to her coworker. She didn't acknowledge me at all. Rang up my stuff, knew I was having trouble with the machine, but walked off after continuing to talk to her coworker the whole time. I finally got the card to go through, bagged my own stuff, and left. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the laziness she displayed.

I have now done 3 delivery orders in the past few weeks, and each order has had an issue. Once it was the wrong product, once the full order was not included and they had to send a second delivery person (DoorDash). This isn't an issue with DoorDash - the store staff assembles the order and places it in the bag. DoorDash just does the delivery. If you order, stick to the pizza. If you need chips, drinks or anything, go to the store and pick up yourself. As much as I love their food and stuff, this experience has been disappointing.

Updated 9/20/22Teach your cooks and employees about cross contamination because I will not stay quiet again if I see an employee using the same gloves and cutter for 2 very different pizzas. If someone is allergic to an ingredient that isn't on the 2nd pizza you just transferred that ingredient to it from the 1st pizza. Fix this before you do it to the wrong customer.I paid almost $2 extra for olives on my pizza yet it must be to much work for the food cooks there to read and add what is paid for....

Liars. Said our fuel card was accepted here. Pumped the diesel and then they wouldn't take it. After they said it was accepted; this should NOT have had to come out of our personal bank account. ACTUAL household bills will now not be able to be paid on time. Will NEVER waste ANY time on ANY Casey's ever again. Careful truckers.... They LIE!

Usually a busy place during the lunch hour and the staff always does a good job of helping everyone quickly and in a courteous manner. Today, they were having computer issues and the line was a little backed up. The staff did a wonderful job informing their customers and attempting to accommodate them accordingly. While maintaining that same pleasant and courteous demeanor. Big kudos to the all those girls!

The only reason I gave you guys 2 stars is because the pizza is always delicious. I have done 4 orders since feb 6th and all were AT LEAST 15 minutes late. I have been ordering from caseys for awhile now and I'm not really sure whats going on because it never used to be this way. The delivery times scheduled is not accurate at all. Its now 20 minutes past scheduled delivery time and still no pizza.

This used to be one of the best, most up kept Casey's stores I've ever went to. Now everytime I go there they are out of something or have been to lazy to fix it. They have been out of vanilla cappuccino now almost every time I've gone in there the last 2 months.Almost all of the staff are rude and snappy at customers if you bring to their attention that they are out and question why after 2 weeks it's still that way.I understand being out of things, I do. It happens but when it happens this consistently with the same things over and over maybe the amount ordered should be reconsidered.Thanks.

Went there today to get gas no bags on the pump or sign that the E85 wasn't working at any of them. Come on you bagged them before the guys excuse was we don't have enough bags, then put a sign up!

I would not suggest going to this store and grabbing a slice of pizza out of the warmer.. I personally witnessed a customer with no face mask on,grab his pizza.. since Story County is facemask required to enter any public store.I personally requested to speak to a manager, and the store manage stated she could not make anyone put a mask on... at that point I realized this manager has no clue.. so I kindly asked the manager that I was speaking to him you please throw away all the food that was in the pizza warmer and take it out of the hands that people were trying to purchase in line behind me because she's not taking any of what I was saying to be a serious matter...I have contacted Casey's corporate office and told them about my horrible experience at the store and I truly hope this manager learns what her responsibilities are...

I called this store around 1230 am, i asked if they sold pregnancy test, seemed to be a simple question.. the response i got was " i don't know why don't you come in and see" she then hung up on me...I feel sorry for this person. Her life must be in a state of despair and i hope whatever has made her so bitter gets better in the new year!

Stuck here for the night was weary of going here because of some of the bad reviews pizza was perfect everyone was friendly and courteous.the girl who made my pizza was very friendly she looked a little wore out and had flour dust all over her shirt think it was about quitting time for her. Bottom line I deliver next door here quite often I will definitely be back

The location was good, but there were several pumps out of order and the working ones pumped very slow. About 2-3 minutes per gallon. The men's toilet was filthy and the toilet unusable. The staff seemed friendly. Hopefully, I just caught them on a bad day at the wrong time.

A very clean store. Casey's has defined what great convenience store food can be with quality pizza and donuts. However, if you want a pizza fast in Nevada, the Casey's on Lincoln way is always 30 minutes quicker in my experience.

This store is poorly ran, the cashiers have no idea how to run registers or what the price of anything is. I’ve been overcharged one too many times I will not go back there. I had a manager get heated because there was no price for single cans of chew and I asked to scan each of them. She gave me the this is the same as this comment so when I decided on one and it rang up almost a dollar more she wouldn’t give me the said price so it will be the last time I go there.

Slow, slow pizza delivery. Plan on 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait time. If you have kids, better get them a snack! Order carry-out or go with Alleys or George's in Nevada. Seriously. You will thank me later.

Went to sub making station, I want a roast beef sub, she says great, waiting to tell her kind of bread, she says get it over there (premade) don't have what I want. Go to hot sandwich case ask other girl don't you have a plain hamburger, she says yes we can make one but some on bottom row, she comes out to show me, no those are cheeseburgers, she says we can make one but we always put cheese on them. Said I'm having a hard time getting something to eat, I wanted a sub no get premade, hamburger no cheeseburgers, went to get ice cream cone, girl comes over says girl a sub station misunderstood me, she would make me one, Left with no sandwich, don't know how you misunderstand someone saying I want a roast beef sub. If had wanted premade would have went and grabbed one. I usually stop on way back from Ames, but will think twice before I stop again.

Kitchen Staff is always rude and short tempered especially with children. I always try to talk sweet just to make their day a little better but they are very disinterested in their customers and still rude.

They are good hard working people. They really care about what they do, and it shows. They are friendly to customers, good job!
