If I could give this store 0 stars I would , I’m in town for a business trip and needed an air mattress so I stopped here for the first few nights the bed was great then all of a sudden the motor to blow it up went out so I took the bed back they gave me another 1 and guess what happened after the 1st night , you guessed correct motor went out again they are selling bad equipment and could careless to fix the problem , this store is a joke I will never spend my money here again , the Walmart employee didn’t even try to help my situation told me to contact the makers for replacement parts and guess who owns the company WALMART smh 🤦‍♂️

Unfortunately being in a handicap cart etc. Buying groceries, 3pointsetias etc. Your Staff stepped in and helped. I mean really helped me. Right to my car. I was so appreciative. Remarkable people at Walmart. Merry Christmas and a big THANK YOU

Very disappointed this holiday season I got a Christmas ornament off their back kiosk over by quick prints, and I ordered it two weeks before Christmas. It arrived on Tuesday The week before Christmas went to Walmart got told that they didn’t have it or it was back in receiving they said they would call me never did so they have to either replace it or give me my money back, worst Christmas ever thanks for ruining it Walmart

It's a Walmart. Ya never know the actual experience you will get. Lol lol. Best to order your things online, then go pick up. Usually saves time & MONEY as typically the online price is better.

As with any store nowadays it seems, the customer service here is kind of hit and miss. About 60/40 with the good side being the 60. Most of the time they try to help if you have questions but they are not quite as knowledgeable of where things are as they probably should be and they don't really take you to someone that might know although they may tell you where to find that person. That's nothing against this particular store as I've noticed this as a general rule about customer service in the world today. As for the store itself, they do have a wide enough variety of everything that you can pretty much get everything in one stop and that is a good thing.

Couldn't get help from the associate running self scans because they were busy socializing. Asked them to run my container slips & remove the putter case from my Blu-ray & received attitude because they couldn't remove it until they saw the receipt BUT I couldn't pay until they took off my container slips because they're only good for one day.Said they were paying attention but we had to wait nearly 10 minutes because they didn't want their conversation with another associate interrupted. Then she was completely rude insinuating that we were trying to steal.

Was very unhappy with my visit. I was accused of stealing a $15 watch I bought for my sister because the receipt printed with a blank spot in the middle. Had to wait about half an hour to confirm the purchase. Customer service was polite, but did not apologize for the mixup or compensate me for my time.

Went in to get a oil change. Took 2 1/2 hours. A hour after they pulled it in the stall. While we watched 2 guys working. 3 talking and playing on phones.We asked what he was doing to our car. They told us he's new and they was letting him do it on his own.

I had one of the sweetest cashiers check me out. She was all you could ever ask for checking out. I think all the staff are helpful, show respect and are nice to be around.I did give my cashier a 5 star at the register.

Hate self checkout. Diff prices on same items in the store. Hard to find an employee to ask questions. Hear the drive up service is really nice. The vehicle service center does ceap tire swaps if you bring in your own. & the tire pressure sensor change... there is no place cheaper. 30 each after tax.

I’ve been picking up my groceries and have had great experiences until today. There were 2 loading, one very polite and kind young man and a lady who had a frown on her face that must really hate her job I went to give them a tip because that’s how I was brought up. ( I’m 70) the young man was surprised and thanked me. The lady in a raised voice said “I can’t take that” and turned her back on me and hufffed off. As I was backing out the young man who had done an excellent job came running out and tossed my tip in the window almost in tears,said I might lose my job. I hope that’s not the case because that lady is the one who should be shown the door. If I can’t reward someone for doing a good job I’ll find somewhere else to shop.

Trade any cell phones and tablets for $$ at the cell phone recycle kiosk by the soda machines at the front door. I made$100 from recycling 2 old cell phones the don't work anymore. 🤑

If I need to be honest I'd give this place a negative star review.... My wife and I bought fruit for our daughter to eat got home found mold in the containers and a few days later went back out there to buy our daughter a few gifts for her birthday found the same toy online for a few dollars lesser then was told that they don't or won't do a price match.... The truth is once upon time Walmart cared about their customers and this day and age Walmart only cares about themselves... They are so more worried about competing with all companies that they lost their way.... there is a cashier by the name Annette that works at Walmart and has made it her personal mission to get us kicked out or banned from Walmart because she went to management making false claims and and acquisitions to her boss tell them that steal from the store when we pay for everything that we get from them.. To be all out honest my wife and I feel like we are being harassed for no reason at all... To be even more honest I'm really thinking about bringing a lawyer in to deal with this issue... If there is a Walmart manager or supervisor that wants to talk after reading this let me know and we can talk

I like the store, but the garden section was disappointing. Several dead or almost dead plants and they were still on the shelves/racks for full price. Wish all Walmarts would water and care for there plants better then they do!

I am 175 miles from home. I ran over a piece of mangled wire when I pulled off the road into a parking lot to check my google map. I knew right away from the sound that it was going to be a problem. The wire punctured my rear drivers side tire.It was after 6 PM so most of the tire places were either closed or going to close soon.I decided to go cross the street to Walmart auto center and the person at the counter told me they could not repair because it was in the danger zone near the side wall. She then said to go talk to the service technician, Tim, to see if I could maybe plug the hole with some kind of canned product.Tim told me what to buy as a quick temporary fix and then proceeded to go into the store with me and show me what it was and where it was located.I bought it, went out to my car, did the repair as instructed and then Tim filled my tire again. Excellent service. He went out of his way when you did not have to. Tim was a real gentleman and friendly. I am very grateful. Tim also did say that the fix was only temporary but at least it would get me home tonight. Great service. I will be back because of Tim.

Prices are good. Help was good. Always save money with the Walmart Credit Card! Impressed by a lot of the Great Value brand products except for the macaroni and cheese. Have to stick with Kraft myself. But I save good money on milk, cheese, eggs, butter, bread and many other things! I get free delivery through the app with a Walmart + membership. Saves me a lot of time and money.

I'm from out of town and needed a new tire on our SUV. We went to the tire service at Walmart they said sorry we only do by appointments only. I explained we are from out of town. Sorry he says we can't. So I make appointment for today. Which is the next day. Remind you it is raining. We pull up get out its 15mins early. We go to walk in. A guy from in side yells we aren't open until 7am. Really you can't just let us stand inside a door?

Corrupt company and management, treats staff terribly even going as far as to belittle them in front or customers. Double standard policy's and associate hour gouging in order to satisfy team lead bonuses. Management promotes mob mentality thinking and often works in cliques causing frustration among associates that they gaslight and threaten their position over like with the 5 star system. Associates are not paid for holidays but are punished with twice the amount of "occurances" if they miss one day. The hosts and cashiers/front end center are under appreciated at the expense of their mental health.Customers beware receipt checking for unbagged items gets you written as "suspicious" for refusing, so like it or not you are being profiled daily even if it's reluctant or unintentional by the door workers regardless or race or orientation. They get chewed out for not checking the slightest thing by Management.

Just spent 4 hours in Walmart. To get a oil change and 4 new tires on my jeep. They sent home 3 people and only left 2 workers there, well there was a couple more but they busy talking or looking like they were busy. They did not even tells us why it took long. Not even a have a good nite. On top of that, now my front tire is making a noise. They did not reset my oil gauge or put the right amount of air in the tire. Gonna be a long time before I go back
