The store is well maintained and organized, but some of the workers are extremely rude. I came in the other day to retrieve some items and I was having trouble finding them. I asked a worker there named Kali for help and she blatantly ignored me. Once I was able to get her attention, she rolled her eyes at me, and just lousily pointed me in a random direction. I understand that people may have bad days, but I shouldn’t be disrespected while trying to shop. I am EXTREMELY disappointed about my experience at this Walgreens, and I will not be returning.

The lady at the photo department was really nice and did a great job printing off my black and white family photos! Great prices too!

Pharmacy only open Monday through Friday 10AM - 6 PM and closed for lunch! Can not access prescriptions online and App rarely (almost never) updates them. If you can't staff your pharmacy appropriately , at least the technology should work. Come on Walgreens, you're abusing the good people of Muscatine. Disgusting! Where is the option for zero stars?

Don’t come here to develop film. On 2 separate occasions I went here to develop 35mm - the first was ~July 2022 and It took about 2 weeks past the expected date (which was whatever, I understand they can’t control shipping time) to receive a blank card with 1 extremely overdeveloped photo out of 3 whole rolls. The next time (January) I dropped off a disposable camera and 1 roll of 35mm. For some reason I got back the photos from last July? Anyway, today I come back to pick up the 2 rolls from January (3 weeks past expected delivery) and they tell me the package was returned because the disposable camera and film roll which was encased and marked in a plastic container, was “empty” and only had a small plastic spool in it. I looked behind the worker and my disposable camera was sitting on the shelf and they told me it had been for weeks. Not sure if they opened the back of it and tried to remove the film and that’s where the small plastic spool came from? If so the film was ruined and the other roll was lost because I got nothing back. $60 worth of film was wasted here and my time.

Muscatine Walgreens pharmacy …Had four prescriptions to pick up on Friday at 5 o’clock the hours are posted and on the answering machine as 10 to 6 Monday through Friday and I show up and they closed the pharmacy at five and they’re not open again until 9 o’clock on Monday without any kind of notification at all… other than the constant text and messages that my prescriptions are ready to be picked up no oh by the way we close at five. I understand there is a pharmacist shortage but I feel bad for people that absolutely cannot live without their medication‘s for the weekend and show up at five on Friday with absolutely no heads up that you’re closing early and won’t be open for the weekend..

Refilled a RX 10/31/2022 at 8:00 am to be ready for pickup at 2:00 pm. Could not get to Walgreens before 6:00 pm so I drove the 13 miles at 11:00 am 11/01/2022 and was told at the drive up that my RX was not ready, "sorry, short staffed," and could I come back later? I asked how long it would be and was told 20-30 minutes. Just got the notification that it's ready at 1:47 pm. Won't be filling RX here anymore.

Made an appointment for a covid-19 test, waited in line at the drive thru for my appointment for 45 mins then was told I had to come inside as they were short staffed, even though on the confirmatione it specifically told us not to come inside. Once inside we waited at the counter only to be told we had to leave and wait back outside in the ever growing line. Safe to say we did not get our covid tests and will never go back to this pharmacy again. Never seen such incompetence and disorganisation, very disappointed.

I got kicked out of the store because I was Deaf and talk too loud. And got jerked around by the pharmacists. Somebody there was skimming off the meds. Tried calling incorporate Is hour and a 1/2 and no answer. There was a lot of new faces I wonder why. I was treated Very bad. Walgreens isn't like it used to be. Was called to pick up meds and still had to wait until they made it up. I picked up my meds on two separate occasions and questioned them about how my meds were rong stuff in BOTTLE QUESTIONED THEM ABOUT THAT AND got kicked out of the store. All I have to say is Count your meds and look at the pills!

Nice clean and very friendly staff. I found that the prices weren't to bad on most things. The drive through Pharmacy is very helpful if your in a hurry or can't get out of your vehicle for any reason. They have a very wide selection of products and some good sales going on while I was there.

This Walgreens was very good at one time. Has gone down hill over the past year. Customer service is horrible at best. Always out of products and always messing up the prices. If you're in line and it's their lunch break to bad, they shut the door on ya and tell ya to come back later.

Is crazy! The pharmacy is open only a few hours and only a few days. And there is no drive thru, instead, you need to make a line between sick people that takes more than an hour and where nobody respect social distancing! That is not bad service, that is criminal!

Only a few good people left at this store and one of em being Miss Julissa, super helpful, super kind, told me everything I wanted to hear when asked, and she got me prescription that I needed super fast! Give this girl a raise!

I love Muscatine Walgreens I download their coupons before I go. I walk in first thing I do is pick up their coupons book and ads. They have buy 1 and 2nd one for 50% off on some products. When I pay I double check all discounts I use my points on my card. They have a great staff always friendly.

I like shopping here, but my cashier was too busy talking to a manager, (who was in the process) of taking a "15" about how many reward points she would be getting for Christmas. Wasn't even thanked for my purchase. Rude

Home of the bait and switch. You need to pay attention to the prices. Sign will say 3 for $5 with loyalty card and will then ring up regular price without discount. I've had several experiences with wrong prices at the Muscatine location. Read your receipt.

Changed hours and did not call and notify me that they were no longer going to be open at the time I scheduled my appointment- even sent a reminder for my scheduled time. Ended up waiting almost an hour. Once they opened they got me in and out very quickly and apologized for the confusion.

Everytime I go into the store Allyssa and Josh have always been helpful and kind. They always ask me how my day is going and are very friendly to me . And they know where items are at in the store. I thank them very much for being so courteous.
