I enjoy shopping at this store. I just wish that there were more check out and that they would allow the person ahead of you to finish before running conveyor into another person's purchase. Feel very rushed to bag my purchase.

I’ve shopped here a number of times. When asked I got a recommended contractor for some drywall and paint. The only person I remember by name is Tiffiany and she was great to work with all the times that I’ve talked with her. A great asset to this location. I’ve never had to wait long in line here and found most of the other staff friendly.

Employees are great! The premium lumber is absolutely horrible. Please change suppliers, the employees even started they get alot of complaints every day about it.

Always a great selection. I wish we had Menards on the East Coast. Everytime I am in Iowa to visit family I stop in and grab a few things. This time it was hoses, half the price of what Home Depot or Lowes want for the same thing back in the DC area.

Great store. Tonight we purchased mulch. No one around to help load it. Totally an honor system. Then after I got home and checked the receipt I realized they had charged me the regular price instead of the sale price.

There is a large selection of nearly everything. Cheap jeans. 11% rebates often. The staff ate as helpful as can be. Returns can be a bit tedious. Always check any print out of any order before paying. (Pays to double check). There are some long lead times on certain special orders. The bathrooms are clean. Grocery section. Well lit. & be pleasant it gets you further here. Lots of parking. Nice discount sections

Everything was great until checkout and girl refused to check us out without a mask. I am unable to wear one due to medical reasons and did not appreciate the attitude! Didn't wear one the whole time I shopped. New to the area and don't know if ill continue shopping here. Lady in patio furniture was great!

Every time I come here the disability scooters are not charged. I guess it too hard for the Muscatine employees to plug them in at night. Maybe there should b SPECIAL training on how to use an electrical plug. GENIUSES!!

Normally would give Manards 4+ stars, but today in Muscatine, I went to check out and there was only 1 line open. 10 people in line to check out. 2 girls at customer service, 20 feet from empty check out lines. They were laughing and joking, completely oblivious to long check out line. Took almost 15 minutes to get checked out.

I cannot give menards a star today. The wood manager called me a liar. I go through 2×6 and 2×4and they want me to put junk on my deck! My customer didn't contract me out to build junk. I was there for over an hour. Is sorting through their junk. After the manager called me a liar I said I'm gonna get my money back. I pay premium price for wood and get junk in return. Then I go up To the front of the store and talk to a manager there. I'm a little heated from swording junk and being called a liar. And she didn't like my attitude because I talked too loud to her. I'm deaf And I have to talk loud so I can hear what I'm saying to them. That was some experience today. They lost my business. Ps I was Force to give them a star 🌟 not today...

They knew we were coming to pick up our cabinets and nothing was pulled. They were not busy at all. Waited an hour on the first load. Said I would be back in 20 min for the last five pieces. Had to wait another half hour while they pulled. Once again, not busy at all.

Rebates are not delivered and missing. Mailed in 5 rebates with about $400 total coming back and 4 are missing. Used their rebate search website and they do not exist. I will only be getting $50. Total ripoff and I will be going to lowes and home depot for now on. At least the savings are instant.

Was able to place an order online and it was available for pick up in 15 minutes. There was a customer pick item, but that item was gone by the time we went to pull it. Had to go back into front desk to resolve and refund.

A big thank you to Jack Leavy. Although "lighting" isn't his department, he went out of his way to answer my questions, assist me in a return, as well as personally carrying a very bulky/heavy item out to my car for me. Customer service at its finest.

Good customer service. Mask is required to go in. The offer of 11% back is a plus!!! This place have almost everything to cover the needs. Very competitive prices. Muscatine have a huge parking. Very busy in weekends and holidays sales. Muscatine normally opens at 6am and that is a plus.

Went to return a Shipping Crate today. Took me 35 minutes and 3 trips to the back yard through the gate shed. 2 trips to customer service, all while COVID going on and I can’t bring my 2 & 4 year old in the store. They insist on me coming IN to return the shipping crate and receive credit. The guy in yard advised they were a $25 in-store credit. When I go up front Front End Manager gives me a $20 credit instead of the correct amount and tells me the guy in back was wrong.Ridiculous customer service! I understand mistakes happen, but 2 front end managers were spoken with, 3 gate guards, and a return desk person. None of them had a clue.

I have always liked shopping at this store till today. Me and my wife was in menards today looking at spending anywhere between 1800 to 2000 dollars on wood stove and everything we would need for it.then we was told that we need to be wearing a mask.we can't wear one due to health issues. So instead of spending our money in there store we decided to shop somewhere else.but I decided to call and talk to a manager about it. And she told me that they are a private owned company and that they can do whatever they want. So due to that I will no longer shop at anymore menards. So thank you menards for saving me a ton of money in the future. Considering that I usually spend anywhere between 6 to 10 thousand dollars a year just on stuff that I may not even need.

Great place to shop. They had what I need andliw cost. I know it stinks to wear masks but that's ok. Gotta keep people safe. Been shopping at Menards for as long as stores been in business. Menards have a pleasant associates to find things; extremely courteous. A+++ for their record from me.

Building materials are soooooo expensive. Alot of cool seasonal items to go burn 30 mins checking out. Wish we had a Lowes in muscatine prices are so much nicer. If you have the time go to Lowes in Iowa city. The store is a little unorganized but a way better option in my opinion and let's be honest my opinion doesn't matter you will go here regardless of my opinion simply because of convenience.

Walking into the Muscatine Menards you're greated by the customer service team at the entry if they aren't already busy helping other customers. I've been to Menards for several home projects and this review details the average of them.At times the shopping carts can drive you mad due to the stuck wheels but throwing a child or two into them offsets the squeeking with their weight (however, it won't muffle the kids crying).The employees are helpful, some more begrudgingly than others; but they have the experience gained from their training and interactions with customers and it helps sway my decision more often than not and get me back to doing work.Paying the kid tax (buying the small toy to pacify the kid when you try and get stuff done) is hard without the toys the kids expect to see... the floor space should make it easy Menards to have the big brands pawing all over them - but they seemingly settle for the easy to supply toys.The front end doesn't seem to call in reinforcements as fast as I'd like, but I can get over it when I don't have the kids with me.Overall, nothing above deters me from visiting Menards over my own kids... and the kid tax mentioned above unless squeaky carts are blameable.

The prices on lumber is too high. The quality of wood is terrible. The select sanded plywood is warped. The so called Select 2x4's are junk and they are always , split , bowed cracked and they put out the junk bundles of wood. I buy wood all the time and other customers are in the store complaining about the same issues. I also cut my hand on the staples they didnt remove from the wood

Since we started our remolding project Menards has been our go to store...we was picking out flooring and about to buy brand z until Barry of Menards showed us a different flooring that was better suited for our application.. many thanks Barry for taking the time an showing us brand x an the ease ability of working with it over brand x...

I have always found this to be a great place to shop at. However ever since the mask mall-cop god, has been standing at the front door. Chasing people through the store cursing at them, if the mask falls below there nose. I will no longer be shopping there for my personal shopping, or for my company!

I like Menards, the store is large and they carry so many things people need for their home. The staff is knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is clean, and the ladies room has several stalls. And clean. Prices are reasonable.

Employees kept asking if we needed help but no one would actually help us. The bath vanities and countertops were not labeled right so no on including the employees could find the right thing. They only have like 6 styles in stock and no one would help us with special ordering. We asked were the vinyl flooring was and was directed to the laminate flooring. I don't think anyone that works there has a clue.
