Went and spent 400 on diesel fuel was told that I could use my receipt for my shower all to have the manager not allow me to shower without a loves card... ALL BC MY LOVES ACCOUNT WOULD NOT WORK THE MANAGER OF A NIGHT HISPANIC BAD ATTITUDE THING refused to allow me to shower after spending 400 dollars worth of fuel... POOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF YOU FUEL OVER X GALLONS YOU MOST DEFINITELY ARE ALLOWED TO GET A SHOWER! TRASH!

Brand new, clean, friendly staff, super nice showers. Food options kinda suck. Granfathers pizza and Chester's chicken. Neither had any options at 7pm on a Wednesday evening.

Nice, modern clean place, but they really need to post a sign that says no cars no through traffic in the truck parking area. There are literally dozens and dozens of cars rolling through here so they don’t have to stop at the stoplight on the corner.!

Stopped to fill up the truck & purchased 2 gallons of drinking water. $4 / gallon for drinking water!! Highway robbery - no love there! Won’t be stopping at any Love’s Travel Centers on our travels again. $4 / gallon of drinking water?!?!?

They never have chicken ready, 3 or 4 pieces that are cold. Always say " we're not frying chicken today. They are definitely losing my business as well as others. Those young kids are lazy and don't want to work.

Nice clean place. Chester's chicken is what I ate and it's usually the best but. I'm not sure what it was but the 4pc dark was not the best. Nice and crispy one out of 4 was good. I hope to eat there again and maybe had a off order.

Nice truckstop!! And they didn’t charge me to park,rest and I also bought fuel and had dinner.The showers are the nicest ones I’ve used there’s plenty of room and there’s a very nice seating area. Thanks loves!

Went to Chesters Chicken inside. I ordered an 8 piece variety which was not bad. They were out of every other side but wedges. Got wedges as well as 4 piece tender as well, wedges were not good, totally soggy and falling apart and my chicken tenders were like rubber. For spending almost $12 on them I couldn't even eat them. Everything tasted like it had been sitting for hours. They also shorted a biscuit. Just would not recommend for a quality meal.

Showers need major improvements. You can see your breath when you exhale— it’s that cold in the shower room. Also, water pressure is very very poor. Nice parking lot and everything is clean but showers not enjoyable as a trucker.

I personally enjoy Loves as they have a vast array of Hot beverages, fountain drinks,fresh fruit and vegetables to choose from as well as your Hot sandwiches. The coolers are always stocked with a large selection from Monsters,Soda or milk and juices.Then for the latest technology in communication,Bluetooth Speakers, headsets ,travel pillows also gifts for Adults and children. It's very well designed for accessibility always clean restrooms,The entire area is well lite and safe.There is also a designated area for your Pets so they get a break also .Theres also very nice Hotels in the surrounding area should you need to take a much needed break from traveling. They are pet friendly aswell.

Just purchased two cans if Starbucks Espresso and cream, drank one and it upset my stomach. Looked at expiration, they were expired on December 12th 2022. How can you be placing expired items in a brand new store? These expired before you even opened for business! Also purchased a Chester meal 4 piece Super Strip meal for $12, only to find two sadly tiny strips. Manager did make this right, but you're not making it better with stocking expired items.

Chester's chicken was awful. We got a few pieces of chicken and 2 sandwiches. The chicken pieces tasted terrible, and the chicken in the sandwiches was cold. And it took nearly 10 minutes to ring me up because nobody seemed to know how to work the register. Not a good experience.

Thank you so much for putting a Loves in Muscatine!! There isn’t much around there for us drivers. I had the pleasure of stopping there this morning. I was told they had only been opened for 30mins. The people there were all so very nice and welcoming. I was the first driver to weigh on the cat scale. I received a free Cat Scale hat!!! Thank you guys so much!! And drivers, please keep it clean!!

Any new store is going to need to work extra on management, but everything is great. It's the best Loves I've seen and as far as I know it is the only Loves that plays love songs on the radio.

Great meal of Chester’s. Our dude, Zach, was a great help for first timers. It’s the closest hot food to the house, so we’re sure to eat here again.
